Definitely did not get my money’s worth. $40 for some fries and baby wings that belonged to someone else who asked for extra crispy fried hard when I didn’t-is disappointing, to say the least. I did speak with the manager, who was very pleasant, and we discussed happy hour specials for food and drinks that is more affordable. I left still hungry because I ate a kid’s meal.

I missed it being the Tavern (previous name)…we went midday on a Saturday. The waitress acted like she didn’t want to be at work. It was only 6 of us at the bar and 2 ppl on the floor so it wasn’t busy….we had to keep flagging her down for service (which was horrible). It’s not what we are used to…. but I can say the sauces (ranch, blue cheese and BBQ sauce are amazing)… at least the food was still good

I came to this location to have lunch with my friend. They recently changed half of the location to a cigar lounge and the other side stayed a bar. The service is slow. There were only two people working and the waitress/bar tender was horrible. I had to go up to the bar and ask for my bill and it still took about twenty minutes to get the bill and my Togo order! The bathroom on the bar side didn’t have any tissue. I told the waitress/bartender and she told me to go on the cigar lounge side and use the restroom! I thought that was lazy of her; I’m sure she could have looked for some tissue but anyways the wings was the only thing that was good about this place!

Listen I know this place is not one of those hot spots where it’s on a popping but it did me just fine. My bestie was in town and wanted to go for some drinks. Initially we were going to the U-Bar. The line was out the door and it’s over rated anyway. I chose The Tavern. It was virtually empty however there were a few couples in there all booed up. It was nice and subdued however they did have some music going in the place.
We ordered these frozen drinks and quite frankly we were happy to be out of the house for a change. Yes they could improve on a few things but the drinks and the food did me justice. I have never gotten food so quickly. The wings were good and crispy and the fries are fresh cut fries. Who does that anymore? Nobody. I liked this spot and will definitely return but it doesn’t take much to make me happy. This spot is definitely for the low key types.

So disappointed lost for words. I called to resolve the issues over fried fries and the OILED drowned wings salty as sugar honey ice tea! Was told to come back by tomarrow for a reorder. I live an hour away. Id spend the gas money to come back. Refund my debit card please! I’ve been a 20yr plus customer and I feel disrespected to be disregarded> for paying satisfied customers are needed to keep our doors open. Asked for mr russlle and she told me that not oil its butter! Its still too much amd the lemon pepper way too much! Feathers on the wings!!

If I can give this place a negative 5 I would!!! Do not go to this establishment!!! The food was ok..chicken mediocre. Catfish and Philly wrap was good. However in all my years of dining out , having travelled all over the world, have I seen an establishment charge you for their restocking fee for their supplies. We were charged $14 for a service fee that was to help with their supplies. What in the world!!! I am surprised the state of Georgia allow this

I ordered a taco salad, but it arrived with fried shrimp, which was unexpected and unappealing to me. When I asked for a refund or a replacement meal, both requests were denied. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the meal cost $24.39, which is an unreasonable price for the quality I received. (Tasted like it was fried in old grease.)
Although the waitress with red and yellow hair made an effort to resolve the issue by speaking with the manager, it became evident that the manager was unwilling to address my concerns. When the manager finally approached me, the focus was on inventory rather than customer satisfaction. Ultimately, I felt disregarded as a paying customer.
Additionally, upon reflection, I noticed that your restaurant has a health inspection score of 81 or 82. This raised concerns about overall cleanliness and food safety, which compounded my disappointment with the experience.
I am not writing this to seek a handout but to emphasize the importance of providing quality food and customer service. I believe all customers deserve to feel valued and to enjoy what they are paying for. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving both your food quality and your service standards.
