My husband and I had a great experience here. It was our first time visiting the restaurant in quaint downtown Ayer. The restaurant is right by the Ayer commuter rail and has an outdoor patio during nice weather.
He got the Cuban sandwich and I got the harvest salad. They were both delicious. The salad was very yummy and full (not just a bunch of lettuce). I didn’t even need the dressing because it was so good. It tasted what I imagine fall to taste like. It was one of the best salads I have had before.
Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She brought us a big bottle of water at the start and offered to bring me lemon for mine when I said that I was going to stick with water for my drink. The prices were decent and the atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed our visit.
There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant and on the street that is free of charge.
There are high chairs available for little ones.

Max and Jen were fantastic!!! All of the staff here are always friendly and inviting and keep a great atmosphere inside. The food is fantastic no matter what you order. The hoodsie cup Sunday is definitely the best desert when max is making it
