The worst Torta de Colitasde Pavo I ever eaten. First it doesn’t taste like colotas, it was over cooked and dry. The pieces of meat looked like turkey legs instead. The colitas are tender and fatty but this was dry and could be shredded. The flavor very different than colitas. When asked, the lady assured that it was colitas. Look at the pictures and make your own opinion. Don’t get me wrong, the turn torta was ok, great price but it wasn’t what I asked. First and last time here.

It was nice and clean. Reminded me of home. Did was great!! The enchiladas were spicy so if you can’t, don’t. Lol. Limonada was good, not stale or too sweet. And the french fries were home made!!

Menudo was just mostly water. First time been there. Don’t know about the other food. The only thing if I ever go back I would not buy Menudo again. Menudo should be thick not watery and red not highly red that is mostly water.

Paid 18 dollars for 4 burritos 3 were bean and cheese. Definitely more tortilla than actual food. Not to mention ordered a Chile relleno with beans and there was none. Very disappointing

I love Mexican food. I came to this place after waiting for over a half an hour at L &J Cafe they were not interested in serving a single guy. there was couples and then there was a group that came in after me and and they got served, I stood there waiting. These guys at The Place Tortas treated me like I was there one and only customer for the day I had the Gorditas they were awesome!
