We wake up every morning to make fresh dough from scratch, and with a recipe that’s over 40 years old. So yeah, we’ve been making it like this for a while now. Our grandparents made it this way, our parents made it this way, so there is no chance we are making it any other way. Our pizza sauce is made with 100% American tomatoes and fresh basil from our garden every day for the next day. We make our fresh mozzarella in Harlingen Texas from a Wisconsin curd every week. Our pizzas are made with our own blend of whole milk, partskim, and fresh mozzarella to achieve a moist but not too greasy companion for our house pizza sauce. Our ovens heat up to over 500 degrees so that by 11 AM we have fresh pizza pies that are ready to slice up and serve

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience with this local pizza joint. The garlic knots were tasty, and the calzone was cooked well. Both their wings and cheese bread could have used more flavoring, but overall, a fine experience.

Awesome food. Counter service pizzaria. They heat up your food and bring it to your table if you order by the slice.
We thought the crust was thin, the sauce not over powering. The sausage had great flavor. Pepperoni could have been better.
People behind the counter were friendly and helpful. We will be going back again.

This spot used to be good, but now rhe quality has gone in the toilette. Super thin rubbery pizza, and overcooked chicken. Got 10 wings for 17$ and they were barely edible . Well, that was their last chance, not coming back.

Pizza was very yummy. We ordered a large half supreme half meat lovers and it was perfect. Ingredients tasted fresh and we loved that they had purple onions. Pizza dough was just right as it was well done and the crust was not tough or chewy. Their marinara sauce was also full of flavor and our 6 year old was happy to dip his pizza with every bite he took. Staff was pleasant and professional and had good customer service.

Well, I ordered by phone some wings. I went to pick up my order & was told my order was given to another customer. I didn’t get upset, because the young lady was quick to say…”Don’t worry I threw some down along with 4 extra wings & it’ll take like 10 minutes”. She also offered me a fountain drink on the house. She apologized once again, but I told her it was OK. Why did I say that…? Because it was ok. I have been ordering from there for years & they have ALWAYS been good to me. So, thank you Pizzeria for the great customer service!

Want to give the biggest shoutout to the Harlingen staff for making the best pastas and catering our wedding. We decided to do a pasta bar and our guests loved the concept and devoured all 4 pasta dishes. The managers have been nothing but awesome and treat us very well every time we step in to eat dinner there. Highly recommend for catering and anytime eating. Again thank you guys from all your friends at Keto mini donuts and sugarz gourmet donuts.
