If you want to wait a long time for inedible pizza and horrible service then definitely visit here. I ordered online for pickup and arrived at the time the restaurant told me to. Was then told it would be another 10-15 minutes. That turned into 20. When we finally got the pizza home and took it out of the box the bottom was burned so badly it was inedible. Like the underside of 90% of the crust was just black charcoal. Ok fine, everyone has a bad day. But when I called back to politely ask for a refund (I had small kids who couldn’t wait another hour for a replacement dinner) the man who answered the phone HUNG UP ON ME.

My wife and I would consider ourselves regulars and to be quite frank guys, you’ve disappointed me incredibly. After a 3 hour drive home, I ordered delivery via slice at 7:03pm with an estimated delivery for 7:45. Now I get it’s a Friday night, you can be busy etc, but I called at 8:15 and was told it was busy but my order should be there soon. I waited an additional 20 mins until I sought our slice’s customer service and the agent came back and informed me I should be receiving it soon. I live in Verona, I’m not far. Nearly 2 hours passed and the food was delivered, 8:58pm to ge exact, I checked my ring history. I get it’s busy, but if you have a paying long time customer with an order placed at 7:03pm and you see it hasn’t even gone out yet and it’s an hour and a half since, might be a good business decision to reach out. Pizza was warm, not hot. Eggplant rolatini was cold, wrap was luke warm at best. Won’t be ordering again nor stopping by for a slice going forward. Sorry.

More than just a pizza place, they are truly part of our lives and our neighborhood. We started coming here during the pandemic in 2020, and when so much felt uncertain, this place was a constant. They were always open, always welcoming, and always there for us when we needed a sense of normalcy.
The food has never disappointed — not once. The pizza is amazing, consistently delicious, and clearly made with care and pride. We’ve truly never had a bad experience. Just as important, the service is warm, helpful, and genuine.
Scott, the owner, treats us like more than just patrons. From day one, he’s made us feel like family, and that personal touch is what turns a great pizza place into a true neighborhood staple. Places like this don’t just serve food — they build community. We’re grateful to have them and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Scott was super nice and makes amazing pizzas. This is my new spot and I would recommend to anyone that knows what a pizza is supposed to be like. The barstool was perfect and the Sicilian had amazing flavor! Cant wait to come back and try your other pizzas

On Halloween I ordered five pizzas at noon to be delivered at 5pm. They were 45 minutes late after I called to ask where they were. Tonight I figured I would give them a second chance. I ordered a strawberry arugula salad which has arugula, cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese, balsamic glaze and grilled shrimp. I received my “salad” with arugula, four pieces of shrimp and a few walnuts. No cranberries, no goat cheese, and the shrimp was overcooked. When I called they said they were out of cranberries and cheese but forgot to mention that during the order. I would not recommend this place over any of the 20 pizza places in the same area.

This place has really good pizza. The plain pie is great and the grandma is even better. The chicken sandwiches are also top notch. Highly recommend the Pizza Terminal.

First of the food is alright, the staff are really sweet but the owner definitely isn’t. The other day I went in to get some slices and this really nice girl helped me out, I sat down to eat my slices and suddenly I hear the owner yelling at this sweet girl over what seemed like a misunderstanding and losing his temper on her over something small. Food is alright, boss owner or manager isn’t.

This is a high quality pizza joint. I have different slices every time I go here and they never disappoint. Very tasty and flavorful, no matter the type. One of the better pizza places in the area. The Sicilians are a perfect consistency. Not sure what else to say, try it out.

Scott does an amazing job with his Pizza. Offers one of the biggest Pizza Lineups in the State by the slice. They all are strong slices with perfect blend of Sauce, Cheese and Crust. Always a top choice on Pizza Hunters App.

This is a great “American” style pizza joint. The thin bar pie is delicious, just the right amount of cheesy and tangy, while the Detroit – grandma style – slice is exceptional. I will be back to try more very soon!
