Found hair in my food and when I went back to show the manager, he laughed at us and called us liars. All he had to do was apologize and I would’ve felt a little better. He was very rude. Customer service is horrible.

The pizza is fairly good but the service is horrible. These people can’t get anything right. This is the second time in a month or 2 that they have completely messed up my order. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza. I got a large pepperoni, sausage and black olive pizza. I called back and the girl said that she would issue me a refund. She never did! I called back to see why not and the other lady said it’s because I left the store with the pizza and went home. I should have checked it at the store, that’s my mistake but it their mistake that the cook can’t read and properly make the correct order.

The Pizza Store is a restaurant that should definitely be visited when you’re in the mood for a small pizzeria type of dining. As you walk in it feels like you’re walking into a 1991 pizza hut with basic dining chairs and booths. You are told to pick a seat and the waiter was very helpful. Our waiter kept our drinks full and cleared off any empty plates efficiently.

On my visit I ordered the mozzarella sticks, potato wedges, and a large pizza. My mozzarella sticks were slightly undercooked causing the cheese to feel a bit gummy. I would probably guess they were pre-made or frozen. Now onto my potato wedges which were also slightly undercooked causing them to feel hard with each bite.

The pizza on the other hand was pleasantly good. The tomato sauce and the cheese blended well with the tasty crust.

Would I come here again? Only for the pizza.

Overall the restaurant had high prices for decent food. It definitely helps that the waiter was friendly, but sadly good service doesn’t make the food taste better.

I’m new to the area so I wanted to find a decent pizza spot for a decent price!!! I ordered and yes my mistake that I didn’t ask for the total and they didn’t tell me it on the phone!!! I ordered a medium 3 topping and a ten piece wing and soda $36 bucks wow !!! And it took an hr to get it !!! The wings are way over cooked dry to the bone!!! Pizza is ok not a 28.00 pizza !! Great pizza for locals! We like the Mon/Tue weekday 1-topping pizza special, very reasonable price. The crust is almost perfect: like a fresh & buttery out-of-the oven baguette,
good medium thickness (not too thin/thick). The garlic knots are good too! The staff are always nice and friendly! 🙂

My client ordered from here yesterday. We all got sick after eating the food. My son and my client got it the worst. My client is bed ridden and my son had to call out of work because he is that sick. My client spent almost $80.00 on a bunch of food or salmanila poisoning. I hope they make this better.

They made it good. I will definitely give them another try. Mistakes happen even at the finest restaurant’s. Thank you for being so kind.

I guess I was wrong about them. They did not keep there word. Will not be going back there again and will be sending them the bill for two people having to go to the doctor.

Pizza is not normally my usual choice when I’m craving something to eat, but I thought I try something different and I stopped by this place. Nice cozy hidden place where you can dine in or take out. they do have appetizers and desserts, some wine options as well. When get pizza is typically from one of those national chain places, so I was caught a bit of guard on the price for a large pizza with 3 toppings. The place is also located near the hills so a higher price is expected I guess. The pizza was definitely above the rest of the fast food restaurants, you can definitely tell the difference between taste and quality of ingredients. I would go back.
