Hometown cooking at its best. Comfort food rocks when you’ve had a bad day traveling with the general public. This just made it all go away.
Fried bologna sandwich, fish sandwich, 7″ pizza, caramel cheesecake brownie, and German chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and our waitress, the actual manager, was superb. She put up with my friend’s smartazz comments and we all had some good laughs. I would definitely come back.

We were in town on a SxS trip and dropped in after a long day of riding. They got our large party seated quickly, the service was fantastic, and everyone loved what they ordered. Would definitely recommend this pizza restaurant.

Second day in a row, trying the pizza spot.
Yesterday was cauliflower crust pizza and chili, both of which tasted pretty good.
I can’t complain about the taste of the food.However, today, I learned a valuable lesson. Decided to try a hamburger which should have came with chips. But I got coleslaw, instead of chips and was charged $2.50 more, and when I got the cup of coleslaw, it was in a little cup. The size you would receive if you asked for a side of mayo. I believe it’s proximately about 25 cents worth of coleslaw.
I do understand upcharging for the service and the price of the cup but $2.50 for such a small portion is ridiculous and will never happen again.
This won’t be the last time I try the pizza spot but strike one and I will definitely makes sure about what I order in the future.

Looking for a quick bite while passing through town? Check out the Pizza Spot. We ordered a 21 inch meat lovers pizza and each of us got a dessert. The pizza was good with a hand tossed crust and plenty of toppings. The desserts were even better than the pizza. We ordered slices of an Italian Cream cake, a Stawberry Crunch cake, and an Oreo cake. The Oreo was our least favorite, and the Strawberry Crunch was the hands down favorite of all three of us. Service was ok, but be prepared to ask for anything you need. Restrooms were clean but there was not a changing table available. So be prepared for that if you have littles. Overall, this beats a fast food chain, but isn’t amazing.

Food was delicious. Doughy but crisp no flop pizza with great pizza sauce. BBQ wings were great as well. Fish and shrimp was excellent, food was fresh and well prepared. Waitress was outstanding no nonsense and fast! Great great lunch at the Pizza Spot. A must stop off the main road.
