Do yourself a favor and stop in! The food was delicious. Brandon, our bartender, was awesome.. super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without missing a beat. Great food, great service, great vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

The Pizza Shoppe in East Longmeadow is top-notch! We ordered the pickle pizza, which was absolutely amazing—tangy, garlicky, and packed with flavor. It’s definitely a must-try if you’re into something a little different. The pepperoni with hot honey was also really good, with just the right kick to balance the classic flavor.
On top of the great food, the bartender had a fantastic sense of humor and made the whole experience even better. The vibe was relaxed and fun, and the service made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Placed an order over the phone for a pizza, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The pizza came out amazing—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. They also had a cooler with drinks available, which was super convenient. I appreciated that they had plates and napkins ready to take as well. Great service and delicious food—definitely recommend!

I had zero expectations walking into this restaurant with the family. Our neighbors said good things about it so we wanted to give it a try.
There is good parking and a nice old school New England pizza shop feel when you arrive. We sat ourselves in the dining room with the kids. It was a comfortable family environment, food and drinks and service were all prompt.
We order the family Caesar which was completely as expected. The pizza was thin, slightly sweet and cooked perfectly. The square pieces always make it taste better!
My favorite was the wings! I ordered the BBQ Gold sauce and it was better than expected! I would return just for those wings!

I was looking to try a new Pizza place so that I can continue to support local businesses and I have to say that I was really impressed with The Pizza Shoppe. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch which was hands down one of the best chicken bacon ranch pizzas I’ve ever had! The chicken was tender, the bacon was crispy, and the ranch was creamy and perfect. I also ordered a cheese pizza which was also really good! The crust was crispy and the cheese melted to perfection, and the sauce is sweet and tangy. Each bite was a flavor explosion, with the stretching cheese and savory sauce making it perfect!!! All my guests were impressed with The Pizza Shoppe. I can’t wait to try other specialty pizzas!!!!!!

We had been going here since I was a kid and it was always great.
The last few years down hill. We picked up pizzas and asked if the bottom was burnt because it had happened to us before. The girl actually picked it up with her BARE HANDS to check them. We complained of course because that is not acceptable. The manger came over and apologized and gave us a few credits for future free pizzas because of the incident. Never mentioned there was an expiration and when we asked he said NO use then whenever you would like.
Ordered one last week and when we went to pick it up, no one could find us in the credit book(it was a total mess and full of pages, which leads me to believe they are giving lots of free pizzas for mistakes or incidents like ours). When the manager came over, she finally found it and when she saw it was awhile back she said sorry these are only good for 2 months I can’t honor this. I told her the entire story and she didn’t seem to care and insisted that was the policy and I left with no pizza. On top of it, the pizza was already made and sitting right there.
We still had a couple pizzas due to us and now we can’t get them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
We will never order from them again.

Pizza is delicious. Only reason why we still go. But, we cannot dine in anymore. It’s ALWAYS freezing in the restaurant. Every time we went all the other customers complained too. We also can’t take the loud music at times. Or trivia night noise. We highly recommend pick up. But if it’s busy please allow an hour ahead courtesy for the friendly staff. 🙂

Me and my party of 5 went in around 10:30 hoping to grab a slice of pizza and a drink. We sat at a table for 8 and was asked to move right away. Not how are you guys not can we get you guys anything. All she said that’s too big of a table for you. Mind you there was a lot of tables open. After that she says the kitchens closed. Okay fine, so we head over to the bar and she immediately says who’s driving ? At this point the only thing she has said to us was “you can’t sit there, the kitchens closed and who’s driving”. Not how are you guys doing or how can I help you, nothing. The most rude bartender I’ve ever met. Anyways we get a round while we are there and while we are at the bar a couple guys at another table ask if they have any more pizza and she brings them out a slice each. After she tells us there’s no food. We question her and she says “oh we had 5 slices left. There’s three more do you want them”? Well there’s 5 of us and now you only have 3 slices after telling us there’s no food. Just horrible service and treatment. We weren’t rude or disruptive just trying to grab a bite before heading home..

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered fried dough, meatballs, and a pepperoni pizza. The fried dough was nicely done, soft, warm, and fresh. It came with two dippers, marinara and sugar. The meatballs were crumbly and just OK. The pizza had a nice sauce, but the crust was very doughy and in my opinion, undercooked. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.4.

Upon arrival, we were initially directed to the bar area. We expressed our preference for the dining room; however, a few minutes later someone came from the bar and we were subsequently informed that we needed to relocate to the bar . As we do not consume alcohol and prefer not to be in a bar setting, this was not ideal. We were then informed of a private event commencing shortly at 5:30 pm this was 5:25pm . The dining room did not appear prepared for service, suggesting a reluctance to accommodate us in an alternative space. Considering our patronage of over three decades, we are uncertain about future visits. We did, however, enjoy a delightful pizza experience with excellent service at a nearby establishment.
