These guys work hard to bring people in. Great buffets. There aren’t enough good buffets in the area and the Pizza Shack helps to fill that void. The breakfast buffets are great. The dough balls are excellent. Never had a single complaint on the food. The Pizza Shack does 2 things that work in their favor- 1. The prices are set accordingly and get you in the door. 2. The food doesn’t disappoint. Once you are in the door though it feels like a high school cafeteria free for all. The server brings you a drink and you may be lucky to see them again. In all fairness, they could a little charge more and provide a better service and push more drinks (which makes profit). Doing something unique outside of offering a buffet, like a signature deep dish Pizza, Calzone, or even Stromboli would catch a following in the area. Just my 2 cents. I’d love to see them stay in business for awhile. Pizza Hut and Little Caesars isn’t good, and I quit buying Hungry Howies when they discontinued their Philly cheese steak pizzas. Keep up the good work, Pizza Shack!

Owner and staff was very friendly. Not from around here. When I called and said I had eight people in my party he told me to come on in he would take care of us. He did just that. I would definitely recommend. Food was great loved the bread balls also.

First pizza I bought from them. Hawian style. Crust good. Toppings plentiful. These sauce needs work. Little lacking in amount and taste. Upgrade the sauce and it’s 5 stars.

They had zero food out one slice of meat and 1 pepper and very little lettuce on them.no sauce. They claim to be out of stuff then they need to let the customers know before they let them order and take it out. 55+ dollars for something that I could have saved $ and went and bought the stuff for less and made more for the week and not a disappointing meal. I’ve heard amazing things and I’ll never step foot into the door again.

Got a black and bleu sandwich, chips, and a drink. The sandwich had far too little meat and cheese. Had to order the chips separately. Would have preferred a disposable drink cup instead of a heavy duty drink cup that gets rewashed. For what I received, the cost was far too high, and I felt hungry immediately after leaving the restaurant. The atmosphere was more dull than a high school cafeteria or even a religious school cafeteria. In the same building at the same place, the restaurant was once Samuel Mancino’s Italian Eatery. Pizza Shack is a fading ghost of that great restaurant.

We ordered on line for pick up and our food was done very quickly. The pizza was soooo goood. The crust was perfect. We also shared half a club grinder and it was delicious. We will be ordering food front here again. Next time we are in town.

we got a 4 meat pizza was pretty good the crust didn’t have much flavor we got cheese crust i think they just sprinkled parmason cheese on it the sauce was so salty i could barely finish it the tiramisu was pretty good

Tried to order two rib eye grinders at 2 PM October 8 and they had to cook the rib eye. Would be an hour or more for the sandwiches so McDonald’s got my money. I was really looking forward to the sandwich.
