The pizza really isn’t worth it. My husband and I came here once cause it was the only thing open at the time and we’ve never been back. We didn’t try anything else but the pizza, there’s no… flavor to it, it’s bland even with the toppings and the cheese isn’t nice and gooey like other pizza places. It looks good and it didn’t taste bad it was just bland and not worth the $25 that was paid for it.

They stay open late night to provide pizza for everyone leaving the bars in the area. They charge a 25% premium from what you see on the menu. Be prepared to pay 25% more. They hand you a menu with one price but when you go to pay it is 25% higher. I feel they take advantage of the drunk people that are super hungry. The pizza is definitely good but, the extra premium is not worth it. Sadly they have got me with this several times because they know you don’t have any other option. Plan ahead for your late night grub. They don’t deserve it!!

Saw this place on a local show called Check Please, and decided to give it a try. Paid $27 for a half cheese and half pepperoni with beef and hoped for the best. Waited around 20 minutes and found myself carrying an easy 5 pound pizza. Pizza was spot on and fed me and my wife till the next day. Thought it was just that time, so visited a few more times and each time was consistent with the first.

I came here on a Sunday night to try them out. I walked in and found only a few chairs to sit and eat. Not what I was expecting but not a big deal. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. They had coupons at the counter which I thought was nice and convenient. I ordered two large pizzas and they took about 20 minutes, not bad. Once I got home and tried the pizza I thought it was pretty good. With the coupon I paid about $10 per pizza and they were good size pizzas too. I thought it was a good deal when all said and done. Based on the reviews I’ve read in Yelp I would stick to pick up and avoid delivery.

I love this place, especially the steak sandwiches. I called the other night and ordered some steak sandwiches and it said it’d be delivered by 8:00 p.m. at 8:00 p.m. I looked at my GrubHub app and it did not show it in Transit so I called and there was some kind of glitch in the system or maybe they were just too busy but my order was overlooked. I’m writing this review because I want to commend Jason for his professionalism and honesty. I tried to call the manager to give a commendation but again this place is busy! So I’m putting it here.. Jason is a great employee to have.

Pizza House has great quality food, especially pizza. Their bread is puffy & tastes home made, the cheese doesn’t turn yellow or translucent overnight, great topping selection, friendly casual. I always call ahead for pick-up efficiency. I had a chat with owner recently and … good things are coming which will greatly improve downtown Hayward. …and they’re open late!

Ordered online from slice app. After placing order I was told it was going to be 55 min. At 1.5 hrs I called supper was told it was on its way. Another 20 min passed abs I called they said they never got the order. Then I was told I was refunded. Then I got a text saying it was coming. Soo I called and they did get it we’re working on it. ThenI called again it was on its way but no actual time given. There was no way to contact the driver. All in all almost 3 hrs passed. Not the experience I was expecting. I spend over $125 bucks, it should have been there in an hour. No discount or anything was given for all the inconvenience. The pizza itself was ok. But not soo outstanding that I would go thru the trouble again to order.
