I ordered delivery pizza from The Pizza Guy for a bachelor party. We did the deal on for an XXL Pizza (which the website says is 28”) and a Soda for $32.99 because that seemed like a really easy way to feed a large crew of guys with a massive pizza. When the pizzas arrived, I didn’t realize at first but the pizza was a 20” and was barely enough alongside the other 20” supreme that we ordered to feed everyone. They also didn’t deliver the 2 liter soda.
The first time I called to talk to someone about it, they said that they couldn’t do anything about it because they don’t sell 28” pizzas and were surprised the website said that they do. I called a second time later, because I felt cheated, and they said they’d send a 12” pizza and the 2 liter bottle of soda to make up for the missing pizza and soda they never delivered. I agreed and neither of these ever arrived.
I’m leaving this review because weeks later the website still says that the deal is for a 28” pizza and I never got a refund or more pizza to make up for that. The pizza was fine but I don’t think it’s right to treat a customer that way.

Open a little later than most small shops which is pretty convenient. If you’re looking to eat small rather than large places like pizza hut or something i recommend this little place. Staff were nice and helpful. Dining area was small, more of a waiting area. Other than that not bad

I picked up a pizza and wings and there was no wait. The girl working there on a Sunday night was friendly and attentive. The pizza and wings came out very good as well. She was able to do a half and half on a 12″. The 12 inch comes with 8 slices. Important to note: This is a takeaway restaurant and doesn’t have much seating. Thanks for the great service, great food, and convenient location!

We ordered from Pizza Guy at 6:25 PM through their website (which runs on the Slice app). Delivery was first estimated for 6:45–7:00 PM, then updated to 7:07–7:17 PM. We tracked the order in the Slice app, which kept saying “out for delivery,” but nothing ever showed up.
By 7:29 PM, I contacted Slice customer service. They told me the pizza would arrive “any minute.” Twenty minutes later at 7:47 PM, I reached out again and got the exact same response: “any minute.” Finally, at 7:58 PM, our neighbors called to let us know the driver was at their house trying to deliver our order.
When we finally received the food, part of the order was missing and the pizza was nearly cold. Slice support claimed they couldn’t reach the restaurant, but when I called Pizza Guy directly, I immediately got through to Brad. He admitted the issue and said he would approve a refund, but only if I went through Slice. I asked Slice to call Brad (since I had just spoken with him myself), but they said they’d “try tomorrow.” Eventually, Slice came back and said Pizza Guy only approved a 50% refund because I technically received the food—even though it was cold, incomplete, and misdelivered.
This was incredibly frustrating. We’ve been regular customers for years, but between Pizza Guy and Slice, we won’t be ordering again. So disappointing!

I forgot to take a picture of the slices I got, but they were pepperoni/jalapeño and sausage. Both were very good with a crispy thin crust. The staff were friendly and respectful and I’ll be back.

Xavier introduced me to Spicy BBQ today and was very helpful! Especially with helping me find another flavor other than hot. I like spicy food but I can handle hot but I wanted “extreme” sauce but he said to try spicy buffalo because that is his favorite. I’m glad he had me try that before extreme. The spiciness for spicy buffalo is what I needed to try before extreme. If Xavier answers your mobile order, you’ll be blessed. Xavier will break everything down for you and make it simple for you. I truly appreciate his hospitality especially over the phone because my order was delivered to my apt. I didn’t get my delivery persons name but he was great too!! I’ve been ordering here since the past five years. They never fail me in taste or delivery. You don’t have to pay for delivery through door dash. They have their own delivery fee but, trust me, it’s worth it!!

I had never tried this place, but ordered on New Year’s Day since they were one of the few open. Got 2 medium pizzas and 10 medium wings. Got a call from them a few minutes later, saying the fryer went out and they’ll need to get it started again, they gave me the option of waiting longer for my wings or getting just the pizzas. Of course, I opted to wait since I had no problem with it. SO GLAD we waited, the food hit the spot!! Thank you, we’ll definitely will eat here again!!
