I got the chicken cheesesteak which seemed to be a popular option. It came in a plastic container with a foil sheet underneath and then a chopped lettuce side salad beside it. The salad was unexpected and unappealing. It looked wilted, wet, and discolored. I didn’t eat it of course because otherwise I think I would’ve felt sick. Also, if they’re going to give me a side salad, then giving me a fork would’ve made sense. There were no napkins either. As someone who has worked at restaurants and particularly in the to-go sector, I pay attention to the details. It’s crucial to package to-go orders well and not leave out the essentials. I’ve noticed that many restaurants now leave out those essentials: utensils and napkins. There’s nowhere on the order to leave a note for it either. The cheesesteak itself was decent. Not the best I’ve had but not bad. I would’ve preferred American cheese instead of the mozzarella though. Also would’ve been nice if they gave me some ketchup packets. All in all, this deserves 2 stars. The execution of the food, quality, and packaging could be improved.

Great pickup experience, highly recommend!

I had an excellent pickup experience here. The order was ready right on time, the staff was friendly and efficient, and everything was packaged perfectly. The food was outstanding as usual fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The Whole Wheat Thai Chicken Pizza and Pizza Bread were both fantastic. Fast service, great quality, and a smooth process from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back.

Always good food and excellent service. It can be a little loud at times with the music and crowd. Parking tends to get full during peak times. The outdoor seating area is nice in the summertime.

After a long day of Christmas shopping, my wife and three children decided to stop in at Pizza Grille for dinner—and we’re so glad we did! Even though the restaurant was busy, our party of five was seated surprisingly quickly, which set the tone for an excellent evening.

Our server, Kelcie, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and personable. She took the time to make thoughtful recommendations and really helped us choose the perfect meals. Kelcie’s great service truly made our experience even better.

I ordered the steak with a crabcake and a side salad, and I have to say—it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time at a restaurant. My wife was equally impressed with her dish, and my kids cleared their plates without hesitation. The food was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared.

Beyond the amazing food and service, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the entire dining experience even better.

We’re already looking forward to coming back for another meal because this visit left us wanting more! I can’t recommend Pizza Grille highly enough—especially over the chain restaurants in the area. If you’re looking for outstanding food, top-notch service (ask for Kelcie!), and a great ambiance, this is the place to go!

Ordered a well done burger and it wasn’t even close. Also I ordered Mug root beer and 2 out of the 3 glasses of it they brought me was flat.

My wife got pasta and found a tooth pick buried in her pasta!

We regularly go to the Carlisle location and love it. This was our first time at Camp Hill.

Was not a good first impression.

I don’t usually post but after speaking with the manager today at Camp Hill I felt compelled to say something. First, we really have liked Pizza Grill. Our family and friends have patronized both the Lemoyne and Camp Hill frequently for years.
Yesterday a friend, my husband and myself had lunch at the Camp Hill location. Both my husband and I had small salads. I had the feta sun-dried tomato and my husband had the chicken chopped; two completely different salads with different dressings. I did not finish my salad. I suddenly had to run to the restroom with severe GI upset which continued the rest of the day. My husband also had severe GI upset shortly after leaving the restaurant. This was not an isolated incident as it has happened at least 4 times prior at both locations in the past, but I never contacted the establishment. I do eat other items on the menu that are vegetarian without issues, but the salads do cause consistent problems.
I decided to call the manager in Camp Hill today because my husband also got sick. The manager was curt and with no apology just blew me off. I explained the situation and said that as a GI nurse, I know my concern is the lettuce. All he repeated to me was that they are a busy place and served over 400 people salads yesterday and no one else has complained. “Maybe it was the dressing.” Again, my husband and I had two different salads and two different dressings. I just called because we had a real concern again, not first time. We love the pizza and the other food items that we’ve eaten there. My suggestion is to be careful about eating the lettuce.

I met a coworker here for lunch on a Wednesday around 12p. This was my first time here. The parking lot was pretty full but there were still plenty of tables. We were seated immediately and a server was over quickly. We each ordered a salad. We didn’t wait very long for it to be severed. I added spicy shrimp to mine. I was expecting crushed pepper or some type of seasoning to make it spicy but it was more like a Buffalo sauce flavor. You can see from the pic it wasn’t covered in sauce like some places do so it wasn’t too spicy. The salad was ok – lettuce, tomato and Parmesan. The Parmesan bread was good. It seemed like a popular lunch spot. There’s a lot of space in there but it wasn’t too loud considering the number of tables that were filled by the time we left.

The sliders were great, but we were disappointed in the quality of the pizza. Would not get it again.

I love the Happy Hours prices and choices. I get the Black & Blue burger sliders and the Seafood Trio Appetizers. Both items are just the right amount. The trio is shrimp, scallops and tuna with a balsalmic drizzle. My wife always gets the Seafood Pizza. Large enough for a meal with leftovers.

I’ve always loved Pizza Grille, but what keeps me coming back are the people behind the bar, especially Kimmy and Kevin. Kim was literally such a positive influence for me during some rough work times, and her kindness and caring as a person (not just a server) made all the difference. I don’t think there’s ever a time when I was there when there was a stranger at the bar. Kim makes it a point of knowing the customers and creating connections that keep people coming back, over and over again. She makes the whole experience special everytime you go to Pizza Grille, no matter what time or what day you stop in. Kevin is also an amazing person in every way; he also makes you feel like you’re not just a customer, but someone to remember. The service and attention here is 100% top notch, and the food is always delicious. The minor times something was added or missed also adds to the positive experience of dining there because they care about the people. The whole staff–Kim, Kevin, and also Claire and Jose (other wonderful favorites of mine), and all the servers, hosts, and bartenders are truly amazing people and that’s why I will always continue to go to Pizza Grille!
