They’re a small establishment but mighty big in taste!!! OMGoodness, you know it’s off da chain when the wait is an hour and a half on Fridays but we’ll worth it!! We have tried others (I won’t call names) but they are in close proximity of Utica and Mount Vernon and absolutely NO ONE, NO pizza establishment can touch Pizza Factory‼️‼️‼️

Smaller restaurant. Tighter seating. Service was okay. Wasn’t greeted. No directions. We just sat ourselves. First timer. Staff made great recommendations.
It got busy towards the end of our dining and had to wait a long time to get checked out. Staff lost focused at some point, nobody was around the front with the customers. It was an awkward time for us.
Food was good. Pricing reasonable. Cleanliness could use a boost.

Called to place an order while heading back to Newark after an all day out of town softball tournament. 15 min pick up time quoted & they were spot on! Young guy at the window was very friendly. We tried just a good ol pep & cheese, man was it good! It’s nice to find pizza shops that use cracker crust (and you can actually taste the toppings)! We will definitely order again!

This was my first time to eat there. We ordered a massive 20 inch pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms, and a medium cheese pizza. They were both very tasty and well cooked. The owner knew most of the people by name and many of their orders before they even asked for anything. Very fun and quaint experience. I recommend trying it out.

It is called the pizza factory. Freshly made pizza, tastes delicious. Veggie pizza was loaded and tasted good. They give Parmesan knots for every customer as we wait for our order. That was super delicious, it was fresh and hot. Small pizza and nice diner. Restrooms are okay. There is parking available.
