Literally the BEST pizza I’ve ever had!!

Yes, it was a little pricier than your standard pizza joint, but you’re paying for craftsmanship, quality, and a seriously satisfying meal. Pizza is consistent every time we’ve ordered. If you’re someone who believes food is an experience—not just fuel—this place delivers.

From placing the order to enjoying their amazing food, everything is PERFECTION!

This place has the best pizza, pasta and chicken parm around! They also provide amazing service and treat you like you are part of the family. The slightly higher price point over chain restaurants reflects the MUCH higher quality food over a chain. I’m so glad you guys are back!

Stopped for a few slices on our way to Ottawa but they only had one slice remaining so we split it. My husband isn’t a pizza fan but he was very impressed! The crust is both soft and crunchy, the sauce is delicious and the pizza was fantastic.
The staff felt bad that we were sharing so they went above and beyond to make it up to us.
Greatly appreciated and we will be back!

The best food I have ever had. Everything is made from scratch. Come here if you’re looking for a culinary experience! Highly recommend the hot honey pepperoni and the bbq chicken pizzas. The price reflects the quality! Keep up the great work

Easily the BEST pizza I’ve had in Ontario, and quite possibly, ever. We stopped on our way through to Toronto for a bite to eat and this place took us by surprise. We ordered what was considered the “best seller “ and now we see why! Highly recommend the Hot & Honey with pepperoni.
Ironically enough just discovering this place while headed to Italy, this sets the bar extremely high!

The Chicken Parmesan is to die for!
You get a boat load of pasta, and 2 full chicken breasts + 2 pieces of garlic bread for only $24.65 taxes included!
The women there is always so sweet!

Highly recommend!

Excellent pizza and lovely service. My wife and I went for the BBQ Chicken pizza and it was superb. Plenty of toppings, each one tasting great in its own right.

We were able to try a bit of Kenny’s hot honey too, and it was delicious too.

Can’t recommend this place enough!

It’s amazing the Pizza Factory reincarnated in small town Norwood. Same great tasting pizza, salad and other famous menu items. Our only gripe is the prices are steep. Especially for a small town. Nearly $30 for a large pepperoni (Aug 2025). Of course we tip upon pickup so we are over $30 for the most basic pizza. Down the street Papa’s PL (multi chain/successful business model) sells a large pepperoni for just under $15. Local folks notice this difference. Take notice.
Yes, the PF large pizza is slightly bigger and definitely better quality (and tasting). But the cheaper alternative (and only other pizza competition in town) gets high customer volumes for a reason. The competitions pizza isn’t bad by any means and a lot of people I’ve spoken with settle for it to keep cash in their pockets for other living expenses in this expensive world we all grapple with.
Just saying this is a small town and prices need to be competitive to keep the doors open long term.
We’ve seen 3 pizza spots close in our few years in Norwood and want to see PF here for years to come. You guys are all amazing at PF and the food is truly top notch. This post is not criticism, just constructive feedback from your local customer base.
