We had Spanish Fork Pizza Factory cater my wedding luncheon back in May of last year. They were phenomenal.
It was the best service they were helpful and professional. There was no hassle they were on time and set up everything perfectly, which is a relief on such a big day.
People still tell me how good the food at my wedding was to this day!

The pizza is really good. This is 8 out of 10 pizzas. Also, it was a very good salad bar 9 out of 10. Over 40 options on the salad bar. Reminds me of arcade pizza as a kid or maybe higher quality chucky cheese.
The service was amazing. Kenzie was our waitress. She made the experience even better. I would request her if you are a good tipper.
A couple of downsides…. pictures included.
There is dust and dirty walls all over. This is probably the only reason for a 4-star review instead of 5 stars. That and wobbly tables.
This place could use a deep clean.
I plan on including the pizza factory in my regular pizza rotation. It was a really good time. I would recommend it.

I ordered a gluten free pizza as well as two small pizzas. The regular pizzas came 25 minutes after ordering and it was 45 minutes and still no gluten free pizza. My family was done eating before I git my pizza. Nothing like dirty utensils. An empty restaurant to slow the kitchen down….?

We got the all you can eat soup, salad, and bread sticks. The salad bar was decent but all of the cauliflower and broccoli were brown and looked very unappealing. The soup was broccoli chicken And it was delicious. The breadstick were hot and delicious. Service was not great. We were not bothered by the waitress constantly or even at all. Except to bring our drinks, soup, and bread sticks 1 TIME! We didn’t see the waitress again until our bill came. While eating we never once saw anyone go check on the salad bar and everyone was just standing in the kitchen doing nothing. If we decide to go back I guess we know it’s not officially an all you can eat soup, salad, and bread sticks. It must only be 1 time!! Unless it was just our waitress.

Been going here since it opened, and this last visit will change that. Will never be going back. The only thing saving this place is the food. We called two days ahead and made a reservation for 20. Employee on the phone said they’d have a spot for us. The day of our reservation comes, we show up 5 mins early and are told they don’t take reservations, and their large party space is already taken. So we can either wait 45 mins to all sit together, or they’ll split us into three booths. We choose to be split up because we have young children who are starving and don’t want to wait. We’re seated and our server comes and takes our drink orders. Even though we’re ready to order. She tells us she’s doing things in stages and she’ll be back for the food order. 30 mins pass and she finally brings the waters…. Only the waters. She again says she’s doing it it stages and will be coming back with the sodas. We wait 45 mins before all of our drinks are out. We had gotten up to leave right before this and she rushed over to stop us and assured us she can help now. So she takes our orders. And we wait. Meanwhile other tables who have come in after us are done eating and already leaving. We haven’t even gotten breadsticks. Finally she starts bringing our food out in stages. Pizzas first, some meals here and there. Then 20 mins later finally all of the children’s food is brought out. Was a complete joke. She was nice, and was great with refills, but whoever decided stages was the way to deliver food and for the kids food to be last. We were nearing 8pm at this point. Finally the bills come they were all messed up. (I get it, a group of 20 is a hard, but we were placed at 3 different tables, why weren’t we treated as three tables?) An automatic gratuity was added without any notice. The electronic menus they encourage everyone to use has no mention of the large group gratuity. When I asked about that the manager grabbed one of the 10 paper menus in the entire establishment and points it out. But it’s not listed anywhere else. Not on the online menu, or any signage up front. So half our group double tipped because they had already paid before we noticed.
The place just feels sticky. The highchairs and booster seats are gross I don’t think they’ve ever been properly washed.
The straw that’s kinds broke the camels back…. I was checking over my account today and noticed my charge from pizza factory was processed for $70 more than the original bill. This place has turned into a sad rundown skeleton of what it used to be. I didn’t leave an additional tip because they had already included the tip in the bill. Why someone would feel entitled to add $70 onto a bill is beyond me…

Used to love coming here but lately it feels like they don’t care. Facility is dirty as there is dust caked on the ceiling. Salad bar quality has gone down the toilet. The lettuce is more of the white iceberg than anything, I’d pay more for better quality lettuce. The Cajun pasta was so spicy hot it was not edible. The tall blonde server was not very attentive as it seems that she is the only server that works there.

What a great find while here in Spanish Fork. We’re here for a family event and had a hungry crew. They make their own dough here, so yeah! Order some of those bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. Pizza was amazing, as was the bow-tie chicken ceaser salad. Come check it out!
