After a couple of recommendations from my barbecue loving friends. I stopped by the Pit BBQ in Battle Ground Washington. So glad I did. The pork ribs were outstanding. I had the collard greens for my side and they were done to perfection. I stopped by to let the owner know how much I enjoyed the collard greens and he proudly shared with me that they were his grandmothers recipe. They have a large covered area for seating for the food court venue. All in all a satisfying experience.

I might have gotten here on a bad day. I asked a few questions about the pulled pork vs. tri-tip and was told to order what I wanted. Unfortunately, mine was not hot (temperature), and the corn on the cob was not only a very small cut it was well over cooked. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich but I found it lacking flavor. The Cole slaw was quite good.
The food truck Parc is family friendly but the music was a bit too loud.

Oh my my! The food here is incredible. First though, Rich, the owner is awesome! Friendly, great service and a pleasure to be around. I was able to try the ribs, pulled pork and tri-tip. The meat is perfectly seasoned. So much so that he doesn’t even need BBQ sauce! I also had the baked beans and they had a nice smoked flavor while not overly sweet like many places do with the baked beans. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Also can’t wait to get back there and try the chicken which apparently uses a seasoning Rich gets from Iceland.

$19.99 for two SLICES of brisket that weren’t even bbq d. Pretty positive they were cooked in a slow cooker. Worst I’ve EVER had and OUTRAGEOUSLY over priced. Will not be returning.
The only good thing about this place is the spot it sits at where you can grab a bite to eat at one of the better food truck options there, a beer from the brewery and let your kids play.

Great food, came here on a whim, the owner is hilarious, and the food is delicious. Got the sampler platter.. it’s going to take me 2 days to eat all this meat. I just wish there were 6 stars.

2 stars for the food as it wasn’t terrible but also wasn’t great either, i felt it could’ve used more BBQ sauce. I got the pulled pork sandwich which comes with corn bread and another side of choice. The side options aren’t great honestly, i ended up just getting the corn but not really eating it. The mac and cheese isn’t an option to be a side. As for service, if i could i would absolutely give 0 stars. The guy who took our order was pretty rude. My boyfriend was with me and ordered the “brisket fully loaded nachos” but was curious what all came on that because everyone’s nachos are different and the guy responded in a rude tone saying “idk chips meat cheese jalapeño, i mean it’s nachos” like ok? some places put odd things on there like onion and olives and he doesn’t like those and they ended up having green onions on them. Then, when i went to order my food I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and asked if that came in the meal or if the price was for just the sandwich and again he said in a very rude tone “well yeah obviously so what side do you want then”. I didn’t know it came in the meal because they have a section on their menu that says meals and then another section that said sandwiches so i just assumed it was the sandwich only. Honestly id never go there again, the food wasn’t worth the attitude and even if the guy was a little nicer i still wouldn’t go back. We honestly should’ve just cancelled our order when he was rude at first but we were just so hungry that we tried to brush it off.

Really tasty BBQ and a friendly owner. When I went they had ribs, tri tip, chicken and pulled pork. Tried the ribs and tri tip and both were excellent. Ribs were next level.
Currently open 11am to 3:30pm Thursday through Sunday. It’s a mobile food vendor set up outside Hidden River Coffee Roasters.

Couldn’t even order because the guy in the window was telling his whole life story to the customers who just ordered. I walked away for a few minutes came back stood in line again for a few minutes before leaving because the guy had zero awareness.. lost a sale and customer.
