The absolute worst place I’ve ever had the unfortunate circumstance to walk into. Drain flies everywhere, incompetent staff from the high turn over rate I can only assume is from the absolutely horrible working conditions they put these kids through. I mean, 13 dollars for a smoothie I could make from 1.50 dollars of ingredients at home? The first time I came in I came in with my wife. When a man in a baseball cap behind the counter started staring at my wifes middriff constantly as I went to pay. The second time I came in, an employee screaming profanities at a much younger employee…and then I never saw the younger employee again. The one who was being verbally abusive? Nothing happened to him. My friend whose Indian got a wrong order, and this same verbally abusive employee told my Indian friend to speak better English. The quality of the food is just bad, and they definitely DO NOT FOLLOW HEALTH STANDARDS. I have been to all three locations and every single one is absolutely filthy with horrible prices. Safe to say I’m not touching this place again with a 300 foot pole.

Totally delicious- the avocado was exactly ripe, the chickpeas were tasty but not overwhelming, and arugula was a nice touch 🙂
It would have been even better as a sandwich with two slices of bread, to help keep the avocado and beans from sliding around in transit as I walked back to the office.

Stopped by for a lunch during attending a training workshop at Omni hotel. Food and smoothie were great, but wait time was too long. Only two persons were taking orders plus preparing food.

This restaurant is AMAZING!! Dwight, the manager, always remembers me by name and remembers both my breakfast and lunch orders! Whenever I come in the crew (Bailey, P, and Rhi) are phenomenal! They’re always the happiest people even when I’m being picky and particular. I’ve never had bad food or a bad experience in this restaurant. The food can’t be matched!!! I recommend the Flash Mob quesadilla!

Would be helpful if the online menu actually reflected what they have in store..? or if the workers knew what goes on?? Service is always devastatingly slow even if you are the only person in the shop. Sandwhich used to come with chips unless that’s another update to the menu that’s failed to be displayed anywhere. Paid $14 for some chicken and bread no chips and was in a rush so I didn’t ask if they no longer do that but I guess not? Nothing special, not filling., there are better places in the area.

Service was quick, and my bowl was delicious. Just wish they would adjust their hours on google to the sign they have in store.

I have been a customer for a few years now. The food quality as of late has declined but the service is horrible! The gal at the register had no idea how to ring me up. I asked her to put in my phone number so I could get the loyalty points and she nor the other gal had a clue how to do that. It took twice as long for them to make one midnight bowl than it did for me to take 2 elevators, walk 2 blocks, cross 2 streets and walk through the building…and there no other customers present. The service is so slow, that I had to use my lunch break to get my order because of how slow they do everything. Considering the employee turnover rate is ridiculous, I shouldn’t be surprised. I love the midnight bowl, but considering how overpriced it is and the extremely slow service, it’s not worth getting anymore. I’m done with Pit and Peel!

I used to be a big fan and went regularly but as an example today I ordered a smoothie that I’ve had at least 5 times and it tasted terrible. ( nothing like it had before ) . I’ve had this experience several times in the last couple of months. I’ve decided today not to go back again.
It’s a shame because everything used to be consistent and tasted great .

This location has always been my go to since it’s so convenient to access while working downtown. The food is always really good and everyone is always able to assist when you need help choosing something or with add ons. Was there today and was looking for something clean to eat that would help with the allergies, Dwight and Bailey suggested to add Bee Pollen to my smoothie which ended up helping out a lot. Truly enjoyed my experience.
