Was in town for my son’s Naval training graduation. Came here to eat Everything was excellent. The manager came to our table and congratulated my son and gave us complimentary loaded fries. I will return again. Thanks for the great service and food ❤️

We did reservation as requested for 5. The server was very friendly and did a great job. The food was good. I ordered taco dinner and had 2 tropical mules which were delicious.
The only down side of my visit was we all paid separately which they said was fine but they added gratuity 18% to each of our checks. Which is not ok. We weren’t a table of 6 or more, when 1 of the girls went to pay since she didn’t have her receipt the cashier didn’t include gratuity. This is 1 a rip off because if we hadn’t looked we would of double tipped 2. I wanted to tip her in cash 3 what if I wanted to do 20% because I never do 18 since this is what they live off of. But because the restaurant messed up I didn’t tip any different. I did address it but they gave me an excuse they didn’t know why it was added.

I’ve debated for some time writing this review since my reviews are typically extremely positive but here we are. I was extremely excited to try this place since it’s so close to home so initially I went to the grand opening and arrived at 11:45. Waited 2.5 hrs with my daughter only to be told they weren’t sure how much longer it would be and that it’s just best to cancel my order (normally I would not wait this long but since it was the grand opening I was giving grace). They brought me out some French toast and told my daughter and I that we could leave after we finished it. A couple of weeks ago I decided to give it another try. Stopped by for lunch with my boyfriend only to find out after ordering my food that they were out of potatoes (another disappointment) not to mention the chicken strips were over cooked. The bacon and French toast was the best part. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is very pleasant but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s unfortunate but I’m not sure if third times a charm.
** 1.18.26 Update: I’ve given them two more chances since writing my initial review (in support of a friend who invited me to go) and both times my order was incorrect. I’m not sure what the issue is but 4 visits and not one of them were successful!! I really hope they figure out the cause sooner than later.

Everything was delicious! The ladies were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. My whole family got chilaquiles and I got the skillet. If I had to make a suggest it would be to add the Spanish description of the food on the menu as well.

First time experiencing The Pink Cactus and oh my gooooood, I’m gonna be a REGULAR now. We had the steak sandwich and the asada burrito with corn ribs as an app. The steak? Perfection. The fries? Crispy. The burrito? Massive. The corn ribs? I’ll never eat corn the same way again. Even the frijoles were sooooo good! Everything was super well seasoned and tasted really really fresh. Didn’t try any drinks tonight but the cocktail menu looked incredible and interesting. The service was also so so nice! Whatever might make you hesitate on eating here? Forget it. It’s worth it. SO WORTH IT.
