Went here for dinner and it was just lovely. Say in front of the fireplace and had my dinner. Service was quick, staff was friendly and the focus was delicious! The quail was so good! The cream of mushroom soup very tasty! There is is so much to see here and the outside is just beautiful!

Category: Find Food. This stalwart is a great place for an excellent meal in a classically Santa Fe setting. The upholstered chairs, imperfect plaster walls, kiva and regular fireplaces, herringbone brick and wood plank floors, viga and beam ceiling, heavy draperies, large candles, hammered tin sconces, sacred nichos, Southwest colors, plaster-embedded wood headers, and original local art combine to provide a visual feast for the eyes, as the menu provides a similar feast for the palate. The menu offers a selection of house classics (Steak Dunigan, the French Onion Soup served since 1944, and Clams Lucifer) and elevated Northern New Mexico comfort food (chicken or pork stew, Red Mole Pork Chop, Duck Confit Enmolda, four of my faves). All excellent, as is the service. Suggestion: add a few more bottles of red under $60 (preferably under $50), which is our sweet spot for restaurant wines. If you want an authentic local experience, you can’t go wrong with the Pink Adobe. In Summer, enjoy dining in the courtyard. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice

This place is 80 years old. I believe it attracts not only tourists but locals. Reasonably priced. I thought my southwest supper was very tasty. I recommend. Rubia, our server (I sure hope I spelled that correctly), was so delightful and willing to talk with us a bit and answer some of our curious questions.

Lovely experience all around! We sat in the Dragon Room Area outside–the food was delicious, atmosphere lovely, and our server was wonderful. Highly recommend the heirloom tomato appetizer (pictured). I got the taco flight and my partner the enchiladas (on regular menu) and both were delicious. All worth the prices. It rained but we were covered so we ended up with the patio all to ourselves.

I went here late on a Monday night so it wasn’t too busy but there were a few other parties sitting around.

I enjoyed the ambience and relaxed with a great glass of wine and had their Enchiladas. The food was cooked perfectly but all in all the food didn’t wow me, but I think I just ordered the wrong thing for my palette.

I want to come back for their clam soup! And They have a huge patio for seating that looks like a fun place for groups.

Everything was great. We had a patio reservation but moved inside because it was cold. We shared the heirloom tomato salad. I had the rack of lamb which was perfect. My wife had the lamb chop special, also excellent. A memorable night out.

The Pink Adobe was such a special place to visit! The service was exceptionally warm and friendly, drinks were on point, and the zucchini fries were incredible. It was a Friday night and they had live jazz in the bar, which added so much to the ambiance.

The Pink Adobe restaurant menu has changed after new ownership since 2024, blending modern fusion with classic New Mexico flavors. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, the restaurant still shines and thrives in its historic rose colored adobe hacienda which inspired its name. I began with an off menu starter, a fresh, flavorful Ceviche appetizer served with chile-dusted chips, a delicious option. For my main entrees, I had the Plato Mexicano ($36), which featured a perfectly juicy seasoned steak, red sauce chile relleno, and blue corned chicken tinga enchilada, all classic elements of New Mexico flavors. I also tried the Enchilada Bar ($24), with chicken tinga enchiladas in red and green chile sauces allowing me to taste both signature sauces over pinto beans and rice topped with fresh pico, guacamole, and drizzled sour cream. Both plates were generous and satisfying. The outdoor patio, lit with soft lighting and light jazz in the background, created a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The patio featured an entrance door that connected hotel guest to the patio. Our server, Tinike, was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu which made it easier to order. She explained the ingredients for each entree that I inquired about. Though I didn’t try the wine, the list was extensive with local and international options. Prices are on the moderate to higher side but worth it for the quality and portions. A great mix of traditional Santa Fe, New Mexico and modern flavors definitely worth a visit!

Use the reservation system to make a reservation ahead of time Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting veranda seating with a fantastic menu, handcrafted cocktails with a creative flair, live music.

Food was flavorful and unique, it was clear that ingredients for hand selected beautifully plated and well prepared.

Service was quick, informed about the menu and selection of items on the menu as well as how they were made and worked well as a team to serve guests.

If this is not on your bucket list when you come to Santa Fe it needs to be. It is both a culinary and artistic experience.
