The steak was really well cooked and served on a hot cast iron dish. Loved that they give time between meal courses. We could enjoy conversation and not feel rushed. The service was great. Everyone was friendly. It also had a homey atmosphere.

My best friend and I decided to try the Pine Room. I’ve heard good things about food and atmosphere. We were acknowledged walking in but i would not call it welcoming. I ordered a strip (medium)and my friend ordered a ribeye.(medium-well). Others walked in after us, got their food, ate, and finishing drinks before we got our food. Seemed the bartender was a server too. I had to ask the other server for any assistance,twice. My friends steak was undercooked. They did take off one rum/coke for the trouble. I was very disappointed in the hype. Just a regular Tuesday.

Really nice neighborhood bar and grill.
They have a wonderful rib eye special after 4pm on Wednesday and Thursday. They also make a mean catfish.
The prices are good and the place is very clean. The tables and chairs are very nice.

From the outside does not look like anything remarkable, but ince inside it is a cute place. Food was top notch and cheap and the service was excellent!! This is a cash only place and they do have an ATM. Give a whirl becuase they do not disappoint.

If you’re judging this place by the non-descript exterior don’t! As soon as you walk in it’s warm, trendy and very welcoming. The food is all made from scratch and the garlic butter topped steaks have a flavor that you won’t find duplicated anywhere else. I highly recommend stopping in and giving this place a try!

Stopped in on steak night. It was a great meal, not too fancy, but good food and service, I will definitely return. I had thr Hamburger steak and a cup of Chili and it was almost too much food with the two sides. My friend said the steak was very good as well

Food was excellent!!! Service was impeccable & the atmosphere is very cute & quaint. The pork chops are my favorite and the green beans are amazing!!!(southern style). Wednesday & Thursday evenings are STEAK NIGHT!!!! A 10 ounce ribeye steak & 2 sides of your choice for $16.95, you can’t beat that!!! Every so often, there’s homemade chicken & dumplings & homemade pies & other homemade speacials!

It’s a neighborhood bar with 3 TVs and outdoor seating is available. Parking is mostly on the side streets. They will only take cash. Make sure to go up the bar and get your name added to the wait list.
Come in on a Wednesday or Thursday and get a good steak dinner for a steal with 2 sides for $16.95! You get a whiff of some of that smoke every time the kitchen doors open, just enough to remind you what almost every came here for. Great selection of sides and you can even get beets. Burger and fries were good. You can skip the blackberry pie though.

Update 9/23. They have a new chef of Saturdays and he knows how to run that grill! My chopped steak was DELICIOUS! Nice char on the outside and still med rare inside. YUM! We eat here pretty often. Just a small, family owned place. Steaks and hamburgers are big and juicy, lots of different sides and good prices. It is always busy and is cash only. Dogs welcome on the patio.
