I am so glad we happened upon The Pig Out. The staff was kind and the food is absolutely delicious! My kids now understand the phrase “finger licking’ good”.

4 words…….OH…..MY…. GOOD….NESS!!!! Hands down the BEST pork sandwich I’ve EVER eaten!!!! Seasoned BEAUTIFULLY! NICE rub. Sweet sauce BUT NOT TOO sweet. I am THE RIBOLOGIST but I got the rib tips this time. If the ribs are in any way similar tasting as the tips. They will be OUTSTANDING! I will keep you posted. I didn’t get sides just chips. The ribs are great both signature and original. They are cooked a perfect done. The coleslaw is unique and divine, the beans are excellent as is the potato salad. This is top tier Memphis BBQ and I thank you Sir.

Omg, I absolutely love this bbq spot as my new go-to restaurant as I wasn’t sure what to expect from what was labeled as “Memphis Style.” I had the most delicious pulled chicken sandwich paired with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. The Cole slaw was decent but their potato salad tastes old school just like somebody’s Grandma made it!!!!!!!!
….Will be returning soon for a grilled cheeseburger with more of their refreshing Strawberry Lemonade and some more of that classic Potato Salad!!!!!!

The rib tips was flavorful and tender but the Mac and cheese is Kraft boxed that was over cooked, with a lot of thick cheese on top. My husband and son said the same thing about the Mac and cheese. And my son loves Mac and cheese and this is the first time he has ever disliked Mac and cheese and threw them in the trash can. The bake beans tasted like they came straight from the can. I’ll come back only for the rib tips. I’ll make my own sides at home.

OMG this was the best bbq Memphis style in Covington everything has it’s own unique flavor the pig out fries with pork are the bomb the Cole slaw is the best I’ve ever tasted the ribs are very meaty and tender the wings are out of this world and also very tender their signature bbq sauce is championship grade “you got to try this place” it will not disappoint: )

We were highly disappointed in this place. Reviews didn’t match our experience. The portions of the sides were ridiculous for the price. I felt like everything I ate came straight from the grocery store. Wasn’t worth it. I hear the place down the road it much better. This place needs some tlc and some better decor. Not clean or comfy atmosphere.
