It wasn’t super loud where you couldn’t talk or hear one TV over another, it was perfect. The staff were super nice and the food was amazing. You’ll see for yourself, order the tacos, treat yourself.
Okay, I saved the BEST Part for last which might make me look crazy, but I love dogs, and have an ESA. Dogs make me happy, straight up. I was greeted by the sweetest security guard, and let me tell you, he didn’t leave his post. Places I can bring my dog and not feel like im being a burden, even though he’s registered, makes me able to settle in and enjoy myself. I appreciate places that encourage bringing your dogs, as long as they’re friendly. Hopefully no one ruins it for everyone else, lol. Its gonna be my dogs new favorite dinner spot cause he’ll be able to see his buddies. I cant wait till spring and warm weather. This place is gonna be my spot. Watch this review blow up and then im never able to get a table there ever again, lol. Anyways, I was excited and had to put a review together. I’ve been waiting soooooo long for this exact place. Amazing environment, dog friendly, live music, oh and amazing food, oh and amazing drinks, oh and amazing freaking desserts. They’re gonna have me on the Phone with TLC trying to reach Dr.Now from 600lb life. I ain’t gonna be able to stick to the 1200 calorie a day diet. Anyways, im stoked, and it probably shows in my review, but its genuine excitement. Places like this improve all the surrounding area. Portland Gem already, and it’s Brand New. I’ll be the guy at the bar in 50 years telling all the youngsters I was one of the original customers, and the amount of woman I pulled was astronomical.
The space itself is fairly large. With a huge area that has tables and booths for hanging out. This could work for large groups. There’s stage that would make any karaoke singer feel like a star. If only people really knew many stars are actually lonely and dead inside due to their inability to live a normal lifestyle. But that’s a different discussion to have another time. Maybe in one of the many booths. There’s also a generous amount of large TVs smartly situated around the whole space, where folks do not need to sprain their neck trying to watch sportsball and such. So well placed, that it’s possible to trick the person you are with into thinking you are listening to them. Just say “I know, right?” and “I can’t believe she said that” every once in a while and nobody’s the wiser. And the people I met when going there were top notch fun folks. So, yeah, go there, get some drinks and have some good food. You won’t regret it.
The food? Chef’s kiss. Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and disappeared way too fast (always a good sign). The drinks were poured generously — no “where’s the rest of it?” moments here — and the cocktail menu had just the right mix of classics and fun surprises.
But honestly, the best part was the staff. Friendly, quick, and somehow able to keep up with our indecisive ordering without even a hint of side-eye. Legends.
Whether you’re popping in for happy hour, catching a game, or settling in for a long night of laughs, this place delivers. 10/10 would happily “accidentally” stay three hours longer than planned again.
The space is big and inviting, with a pool table and darts that add a fun, interactive element without feeling crowded. The drinks are well made, the beer selection is solid, and the bartenders clearly know what they’re doing. The live music brought great energy while still allowing you to have a conversation.
Overall, it strikes a perfect balance between laid back bar and fun neighborhood spot. Definitely a place I’ll be going back to.
