Just trying to get ahold of someone about a refund. We were missing a topping on our açaí bowl that we paid extra for a week ago, went back into the store to get refunded, were told it was refunded and haven’t received it yet. Tried calling today, no answer and no call back. It’s just frustrating that something so simple is taking so long.

Additionally there is something off about the boba we had in our tea. It tasted like unflavored gelatin and had a weird consistency.

Tea Daddy here with a glowing review for Revival Tea Store and Tasting Room in Spokane! The teas were delightful, especially the standout Jasmine and lavender flavors. The service was excellent, and the cool ambiance of the room added to the overall experience. Highly recommended! ☕️

The matcha tea latte was good, but could have been a bit stronger in the matcha flavor. I think the full boba version is probably the better drink. The rest of their menu seemed worth coming in again to try more of.

While I took my order to go, I think their biggest attraction point is their vibe and atmosphere, especially the hangout area in the basement.

Excellent and speedy service, exceptional flavors and variety. No wait time. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere.
I’d recommend the “Green Lychee” (Iced green tea, with Lychee Crystal Pearls.) Or “Wild Berry Taro” (Blended Wild Berry, Hibiscus with Crystal Taro Bubbles topped with beautifully homemade whipped cream).

Had the #7 Blue Mango drink. Very good service, though, there was a hair in my drink which is always off-putting. I thought the boba was quite good, though it was overpriced for the amount you get. Decent, but not the best. I was also hoping for more drink options as far as mix-ins.

I absolutely love this place! I’m not a coffee drinker and tea is my beverage of choice. I didn’t think I liked Boba because I had tried it once years ago. I opted for the Matcha and it is now one of my favorite drinks. I still prefer hot tea which is great because I can go downstairs while my kids get their Boba.

Transformative. A tea shop making bubble tea sounds like a good concept, but I was skeptical on the execution, since so many boba shops taste exactly the same. Incredibly Revival tea made boba their own and it is way better than anything you’ve had prior. I got the strawberry milk with boba – chunks of strawberry in Revival’s tea coated in their homemade whipped cream is just simply impossible for traditional boba to beat

My daughter and I came down for their soft opening last weekend and we were not disappointed. Wait time was great (even for an almost 2 year old), service was amazing and our drink so yummy Can’t wait to try a different flavor!

Nice place, very pretty inside with lots of different teas. The bags of tea for sale on the shelves have little jar samples to smell which I thought was a great idea. We got the Blue Mango boba, London Fog boba, Strawberry Milk drink, Green Lychee boba and the Wild Berry Taro boba.
The drinks weren’t spectacular, just okay.
The Blue Mango boba was nice. Not super mango-y but the drink was creamy and the boba tasted good.
The London Fog was pretty good, it had tapioca boba pearls that were really good but the drink was lacking flavor.
The Strawberry Milk drink didn’t have any boba or taro in it which is kind of disappointing since it is on the boba drink menu but was still tasty. It basically tasted like a creamy strawberry smoothie.
The green tea lychee drink was pretty awful imo. It’s just a green tea drink with no foam or anything and didn’t taste at all like lychee. It was really bitter and had no flavor (really just needed a *little* sweetener) but I will say that the taro boba in this drink were good and had lychee flavor.
The Wild Berry Taro (which has hibiscus) was really interesting but I actually liked it. It tasted sort of like huckleberries with non-zangy raspberries and just a little floral flavor. It was creamy too and the boba was nice.
Overall the drinks were kinda basic, weren’t very flavorful and not very sweet (some people may like it that way) but both the tapioca and taro bobas themselves were great and were actually more flavorful than the drinks imo.
The taro boba “crystals” were really unique but liked them. They are a lot like aloe boba if you’ve ever had that. More of a slightly chewy jelly texture than tapioca boba which has a really chewy and gummy texture.
We spent about $5 ish to $7 ish per a drink which is not a bad price.
3.5 stars overall, I probably wouldn’t come back here for anything but the Berry Hibiscus Boba, and even that wasn’t as good as it could be.
