Alright to start off with. There aren’t many authentic small restaurants that have the atmosphere and food quality that actually can transport you back to the north east of your youth!
This place does just that. I’m from Pittsburgh not Philly, but this place is a perfect example of mom and pop restaurants i grew up around. It wasn’t till I moved Atlanta 40 years ago that I started seeing so many chain restaurants.
Straight up beef cheesesteak! Damn… It was about as good as you get.
Tons of sports and culture memorabilia all over the walls all towards Philadelphia.
Even the plastic tables and plastic chairs, no frills just damn good food, and a very nostalgic atmosphere! Who would’ve thought way out in Hiram Georgia there would be such a place.
You be crazy not to try these guys! I’ll definitely be back .

As a Philly native trying new places that say they have the best Philly cheesesteak….this exceeded any expectations I had. I’m talking seasoning, cheese melted in EVERY bite, soft bread and fresh veggies. Even the fries were seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife and I enjoyed our lunch and the banter as we indulged. Finally let’s talk about the owner. He is so down to earth and loves people hard. When we walked in the place was packed from door to bathroom. He had multiple people waiting on food and knew that his kitchen was overwhelmed. He made the executive decision to stop taking new orders so that his kitchen could get caught up. He was able to clear the dining room and provide fresh food to everyone who had already ordered. To me that’s an amazing owner. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 to anybody. If you’re coming on a Saturday make sure you get there before 12.

What can be said about the BIG DOG that ain’t been said? The food is incredible, how he gets his prices so low and keeps quality so high is a mystery to me. This man is a man of the people and always greets you like an old friend and a gentleman. Hiram is blessed to have a Philly native call our town home.
His staff is friendly and the service is quick for made to order cheesesteaks.

Stopped here due to the closeness to my house. My wife and Eye ordered the jerk chicken cheese steak, beef and chicken eggrolls with French fries. Eye hate leaving this review but we hated everything except the French fries. Eye also didn’t like seeing the cook not wear gloves. We spent $40 and only thing we enjoyed was the French fries. Eye will not be returning.

If I could give 10, I would! The steak is good on point, definitely Philly! The whole wings are finger licking good and eggs rolls are stuffed is! Try it with the junkyard sauce, must have. The owner is very welcoming. Don’t pass it by, stop, hurry up!

I didn’t take a picture of my Philly but it was literally filled with grease and just falling apart he tells us he has the best wings in GA unfortunately these aren’t the best wings in Hiram unseasoned and fried it bad oil you can smell soon as you open the bag won’t be back.

This place is a gem! The Philly cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious, and the owner/chef is truly amazing. He was so kind and accommodating, made sure our order was perfect, and even surprised us with wings on the house. My daughter wasn’t a fan of the hot wings so he went back and remade them with a special flavor just for her that wasn’t even on the menu yet. That level of care and hospitality is rare. Very cool spot with incredible food—highly recommend!

Love this. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to try them. Best Philly Cheese steak in Atlanta, unless someone can prove me wrong. I will go back again. Took pictures when I got home. I have a theory… if it is great cold it’s greater hot. Love it

This spot has solid Philly cheesesteaks. Plenty of meat and very cheesy. The seasoning on the fries weren’t my favorite but I did enjoy how crispy they were. Philly egg roll was nice and crispy and perfectly goey. Bonus is with an online order I got my egg roll for free with $5 off!
