The Pharmacy was such a great experience from start to finish. The location is super convenient, and having parking on site made it really easy to get in and out — which is a huge plus in Nashville.
Service was amazing — friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We were seated quickly and everything came out fast without feeling rushed. We loved our server Georgianna, she was amazing.
The burger selection is unique, and we tried the White Oak burger — absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and it paired perfectly with the sweet potato fries (which were also great). That said, the portion size was HUGE — we probably could have shared the fries and still had plenty.
And the crème brûlée milkshake? Incredible. Easily one of the best milkshakes we’ve had.
Overall, great vibes, great food, and great service. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely go back again.

The Pharmacy is absolutely worth the hype. I love cream soda, so I tried their house-made version. It was incredibly unique and not like anything store-bought. It had a creamy, almost milky texture with a light lemony flavor that made it memorable. The Pharmacy Burger lived up to its reputation. It’s a solid burger! Not a beef fan? They had other options like turkey burger, chicken, fried chicken, black bean burger, or impossible burger patty. Great options! They offered a ton of cheese, topping, and sauce options. The tater tots were a perfect addition to my burger, and we got a few different sauces to sample. Their ranch was solid, and we tried a couple different mustards. Everything was great. Service was great, it had laid-back vibes and friendly service, and it’s easy to see why this place is a Nashville favorite. Definitely worth a stop!

Nichole is our server and she is friendly, helpful and patient.
I love the ambiance. We decided to sit outside and it’s the perfect day. The food is amazing I had grilled chicken burger and my friends had the mushroom burger with tater tots, the Pharmacy burger with tater tots, and a grilled turkey burger with sweet potato fries. One of my friends also had the Oreo cookie milkshake, and she loved it! I would highly recommend this restaurant on McFarrin Avenue. It was really good and I will definitely be back.
Also, I’d like to add that I cannot think how nice Nicole was as a server. I would give her 10 stars **********

Visited again today after many years away – tater tots and German potato salad still slap. Burgers were overcooked – the Pharmacy Burger was bland and wet while BBQ burger was tough and drowned in sauce. Hard to justify the price point. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints there at all.

White Oak BBQ Burger delicious off the charts my daughter was if they had a triple cheeseburger we ordered an extra White Oak to take it over to my wife because it was so delicious Nicole behind the bar did a great job of taking care of us had a couple of delightful local craft beers as well definitely going to come back here maybe try the one at the airport.

Good food & amazing pet friendly, well laid out outdoor space! We brought a beach towel for our old pugs to sit on, and they were super happy. I had a delicious gluten free bun that didn’t crumble apart. FRIES & VIBES ARE EXCELLENT! (Visit: Saturday@11:30am)

The Pharmacy Burgers were excellent. We had the Farm Burger and the white Oak BBQ Burger. The sweet potato fries were by the far the best we’ve had. Service was fast and friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit.
