Tucked away in a little strip mall off Jefferson St., The Pham treated us to an A+ meal of Asian and Vietnamese favorites! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food… WOW! It was super fresh, flavorful and in portion sizes that didn’t disappoint, yet also didn’t overwhelm. This place is a must try, and because we had 4 vegetarians in our party, we were very pleased with a menu that helped us meet our dietary needs. We will go back soon!!!

I like to go to hole in the wall places, small businesses. I went on a Thursday afternoon, and it was sadly empty. This made my decision even better because i prefer supporting small businesses. The waitress was super friendly, addressed me with a smile and sat me down with a menu.
So I ordered the Vermicelli Lemongrass Pork with a Vietnamese Coffee. The main dish came with pickled carrots, cucumber, onions, bean sprouts and fried onions, and 1 spring roll cut in half. You also get a bowl of their fish sauce to pour into the meal, making it wet, but not soupy, just enough for to mix with the noodles.
The main dish was about $17, I thought it was a little high for its location, but the serving can feed 2 people, in my opinion. So don’t let that scare you into ordering it.
The Coffee was $6, again I thought was high, but Starbucks cost more and this came to me fresh, so the price is justified. She brought it to me still dripping from the press that sits on top of the cup that is filled with carnation milk. Once it stops dripping, just stir it with the milk and then pour over a tall cup of ice. It was delicious!
All in all, my food was delicious and filling! My waitress kept checking on me and making sure I was taken care of. I am saddened that the whole time I was sitting there, no one else came in. I do hope it changes! Give them place a shot, I enjoyed my experience!

The Pham is literally one of mine and my partner’s most favorite Pho spots in the DMV area. Not even exaggerating here. It’s really hard to beat and you can rest assured, you won’t be dissapointed! The steak/brisket and chicken Phos are divine, I love the Banh Mis, tasty summer rolls, can’t get enough of the salt and pepper tofu with a side of rice, I savor every bite of the grilled shrimp and chicken skewers, and oof, let me not forget about the delicious vermicelli noodles. *drool* I don’t eat pork, but my brother does and he is forever going back for the Grilled Lemongrass Porkchop. The Pham is a small family owned business so go support your neighborhood mom & pop restaurant. The owners are such good hearted people and I love chatting with them whenever I visit. The food is authentic, flavorful, and worth the wait. Trust me. 🙂

We were so glad we came across this Viet restaurant in Frederick! The food was incredibly authentic. Their Phở was flavorful and savory, and the meat was all so tender (we ordered one Special and one Brisket, and they were both delicious!). The Cà phê sữa đá, Vietnamese condensed milk coffee, was served with a phin coffee filter, making it feel just like we were back in Vietnam. The limeade, hand-squeezed and fresh, also tasted so good. They were even considerate of our request for red chilies with fish sauce. Couldn’t ask for more delicious, comforting, authentic food plus welcoming, kind customer service – we can’t wait to come back again soon!

First time trying this place out the spring rolls were delicious, fresh and tasty . The mango boba tea was freshly made and the boba tapioca balls were still warm!!! Love that. The brisket and steak pho with grilled spicy shrimp on top with beef broth were delirious. And for the first time being here im definitely coming back. Also the owners were very friendly and happy to see me and were happy to serve me. 10/10

Terrible place and management. Ordered pho just to find 2 strands of hair and my bahn mi sandwich the pork wasn’t fully cooked which cause my sister and I to get sick for a week. Also the manager is very rude, a friend of mine showed up to order food nobody attended him so he went to the bathroom but then came out waited a little longer and still nobody attended him. He walked out and the manager came running and yelling that his bathrooms aren’t public but yet he didn’t find the time to take care of guest who originally came to eat and put money in his pocket. Just overall bad experience for my family and friends. Don’t recommend

The restaurant may be more basic but makes up for it with good food and service. Unlike other places the pork chop was thicker and grilled more like a steak. The accompanying salad makes for a complete meal. The pho had an option for just beef balls. We also enjoyed the ice coffee served the Vietnamese way.

The customer service was great! I ordered carry out and they had 2 customers. Someone was at the counter in less than a minute to get my order and the food is really good. The Grilled shrimp Bank MI was just wonderful and the Pho was good! Would be back again to try!

If you want to change your life, make sure you stop by The Pham’s food truck If it happens to be around, their pork belly banh mi is absolutely astonishing – crusty but light bread, fantastic crisp veggies inside, and the pork belly was just perfectly cooked.
They skewered meat on a stick was also delicious, great char from the stove, but still nice and juicy inside.
Easily the best food truck you will find at a brewery or event near you!!

This place had great potential with their delicious pho and fantastic bahn mi’s. This year alone I’ve tried to come eat at this place for the last four times and every single time they are closed. Last year as well they seem to be closed a few times as well. I can’t recommend them unfortunately due to constant closings. Save your money and go to modern Asia! They are open
