I guess if you eat in its good, take out not so much. Something with the meat or the mushrooms was bad. I ate 1 piece, rest went into garbage. Won’t go there again!!

I LOVE your pizza! I always order it well done just to make sure the crust is cooked through. All the toppings including the cheese have a really good taste. The staff is friendly, really busy and fast pace.

We had a craving for pizza and I am so happy we chose to go to the Pizza Factory! The service was excellent and the pizza was even better! We tried the garlic and parm bread sticks and they were good. A big fan of the ranch too. No complaints here, keep up the good work. Recommend if your looking for a good pizza!

Can I give it 10 stars?! Best pizza place, hands down – and I have had pizza in Texas, New York, Chicago, etc & nothing compares to the Pizza Factory. When I visit Michigan, I absolutely have to make a stop here. Cheesy deliciousness is what this is. Service is also friendly and attentive. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place!!

I’m 70 years old and it’s the best-tasting pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I think they make everything from scratch. Don’t order extra cheese. I’m a cheese lover and it’s too much even for me.

Had a funeral to go to. Got there early. This place is across the street. Ordered a pizza, greeted nice. Fast pizza. Great pizza. Friendly waitress. Was in time for the funeral.

I found this gem after restaurants in the silver lake area were too long of a wait (45 minutes). The pizza was HUGE. I would definitely go with one size smaller than you would normally order and will definitely have leftovers. All 6 in my party thought the food was delicious. I will definitely go back when in the area again.

Ordered our pizza and bread sticks around 6:45. At 7:30 we were still waiting for the food. We checked and the server said it’s in the oven and went back to moping the floor. At 7:45 she approached us and asked if we were waiting on something. She said she would go check what happened. We said if it’s not already in don’t worry about it. She finished closing up and never returned to talk to us. Mistakes happen but an apology would have been nice instead of leaving someone driving back home to find something to eat after 8 pm. The pizza may have been good if I were given the chance to try it. If I did that to someone I would have been writing free coupons and profusely apologizing. But we live in a world with little concern for customer service anymore. But hey I brought home a free plate out of the deal.

Was our first time to try the pizza factory. We will definitely be coming back. Maybe we’ll try a different pizza. If you are in the area. I Highly recommend stopping in to enjoy some pizza.
