I recently had a meal there, and it was quite enjoyable. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which made me feel comfortable.

Unfortunately this is the only Persian restaurant close to Philadelphia, so you won’t have other options. Kabab cafe is another Persian restaurant, but it only offers kabab (kabobs) not other Persian foods. The place is nice and families can spend a night or a day having some Persian food there. Regarding the food, it’s not the best Persian food you can get but there is no other options around Philly. Kabab Barg was good but it was small (short), the lamb kabab was not good (you have to chew it a lot), and the Gheimeh stew was ok. The ice cream tasted more like rose water rather than saffron. But, the shallot yogurt (Mast Mosir) and yogurt drink (Doogh) were perfect! By the way, they were sour, so if you don’t like sour stuff, don’t get them!

They catered our wedding reception and they did a fantastic job. The food was delicious and the service was superb. They were professional, timely, and friendly. The catering was also very, very reasonably priced. We couldn’t be happier that they chose to cater our wedding especially since we had a Persian style wedding. Of course, the restaurant is also great; the service and food and atmosphere are all exceptional. I highly recommend The Persian Grill!

Absolutely loved the food here. You wouldn’t be disappointed for sure. The service was really good. The meat (chicken and lamb) were so tender, juicy and perfect. The yogurt drink was 2.5/5 but OMG, the icecream is a must for the dessert. Halal meat is served.

A friend introduced me to this place last year and I finally managed to get my husband here for a date night recently. The food is delicious; I enjoy the salmon and rice every time, and literally anything you order will be grilled and seasoned to perfection. And you definitely need to order the dessert!

Whenever we’re in the mood for Persian food, we travel all the way from New Jersey to get these meals. The meats are always perfectly cooked, and the sumac does wonders to the rice. The meals are hearty and will leave you feeling full for the majority of the day. We’ve gotten Lamb Chops several times, and they’ve been delicious each time. The doogh is amazing as well, a home made Fermented Persian drink consisting of Club Soda and Yogurt with various herbs and spices. It’s heavenly.

Decent Persian restaurant with a diverse list of Persian Kababs & delicious stews. You’ll see many people complaining that the owners are not Persian but I believe just being Persian doesn’t decide how well the Persian meal is prepared. It’s about the quality of ingredients and the ‍ . Definitely try the Tadig (rice crispy) and that Saffron tea

Visited this place many times and it is always amazing. The food is good and the staff is kind. The chicken kabob is delicious. We went on a Saturday at their busy dinner time and they were courtesy and the wait time was about 30 mins. I highly suggest you have some appetizers while you wait.
