Here’s the highlights:
• The Bowls: The grilled chicken and rice bowl was excellent. The black bean rice, chicken, and fresh pico de gallo was a perfect combo.
• The Wings (Must-Try): I highly recommend the grilled hot wings. No breading and no grease, just perfectly grilled. Fair warning: The hot sauce is serious! The heat builds and builds, so it’s pretty spicy—I actually wiped most of it off and it still had a major kick!
• The Sides: The tater tots were deep-fried to perfection. The seasoned fries were perfectly crispy, though just a bit over-seasoned for my personal taste.
Overall, you get a ton of food for your money and the quality is excellent.
The dining room tables are very spread out and not crowded which I like
That being said, menu availability was disappointing. There were multiple menu items that were unavailable, including the brownie and RICE bowls.
I love that there is a separate area for hand washing from the restrooms. However, these stations did not have soap available. There are two individual restrooms, both handicap accessible with changing tables. There are high chairs for little kids.
Pros: good food alternative close to the aquarium, little kid friendly, hand wash area
Cons: menu availability, small portion sizes, poorly stocked hand wash station
Be aware eating there. I ordered a whole chicken and came super cold and seemed like leftover. When I started cutting through it i noticed it was raw and uncooked. I talked to the server at the counter and he just went back and heated up in the microwave. Very odd and unprofessional. Again avoid if you can!
1- the chicken not fully cooked and bloody from inside, u can get salmonella poisoning.if not cooked fully. again see picture
2-bad customer service and attitude
3- overpriced
Avoid
However, parking is a major challenge—there’s no proper parking, so I usually have to quickly stop outside, run in, pick up the order, and rush back to work. The biggest ongoing issue for me has been the sauces. I often forget to ask for them on the side, but I’ve noticed that they typically do not include sauces unless specifically requested, even on large orders. This has been a big disappointment, especially when ordering in bulk for staff.
I even tried calling to request that they start adding sauces automatically, but unfortunately the Google-listed phone number does not work, so I haven’t been able to reach anyone to address this concern.
That being said, the food quality is solid, and the restaurant atmosphere inside is great. With better communication, a working phone number, and more consistent sauce inclusion, this place could easily be a 5-star experience for takeout customers like me.
