The Perch @ Capital One Center is an outdoor rooftop park spanning 2.5 acres, offering excellent views, a variety of food vendors, and activities such as mini-golf, games, and live music. It features well-kept green space, unique amenities such as retro-themed food trucks and a mini-golf course, and a dog- and child-friendly environment. Weekends here are fantastic, with occasional concerts at the Starr Hill Beergarten, a clean garden to stroll through, and enjoyable outdoor spaces when the weather is nice. The only downside is that food prices, such as for ice cream, can be relatively high relative to the quality and portion size.

We came here several times during weekends, and we had so much fun! The mini golf course was nice and new. The bier garden had live music. The cocktail was around $10, and they also offered fries and some snacks at reasonable price. There were another 2-3 food trucks nearby the mini golf course. We preferred to buy drinks from the beer garden than from the bar next to the mini golf place. Overall it’s a nice place to hang out with families and friends.

Not sure I understand the negative reviews. This place is a super cool, huge modern rooftop of games, beer and food. There’s even a full stage setup where there was live music. What more could you want? It’s a PERFECT happy hour spot.

Great place to hangout! You can go there with your kids, parents, family and friends. Also you can do office outings with your team. You will find enough place to sit, play games, enjoy live music and sip & eat while strolling. They have free food stations delivering live food. The vibe is great in daytime but filling in night. The whole place glows in the night with lights and music. It is on the top floor of the building beside capital one head quarters. The paid parking is free for 2 hours and will be charged exceedingly. But They validate your parking just next to the elevator so your parking is free if you park in paid parking garage of the building. We usually go there for the mini golf or pat-pat golf there. You can grab drinks there and play. They have 17 maximum golf course which you can play. They give scorecard along with pencil to note all your scores. There are drinks holder at every end of golf course and a dustbin where you can throw your empty glass of drink.

Really cool hidden rooftop Biergarten. Drinks, view and vibe were great. Dog & kid friendly. Only bummer was not being able to walk with your drink outside of the roped off area—supposedly they don’t restrict this on weekends though. Also has a small dog park, mini golf and food trucks.

Overall, really cool place!

I really loved this place — it’s very beautiful and has a great vibe. The food was okay, but what amazed me was how they managed to bring a food truck all the way up to the 11th floor . We played, had fun, and overall really enjoyed the experience.

Great rooftop location. Big screen, Cornhole, mini golf were a hit. I wasn’t a fan of the walk up bar to order, would prefer servers.

If you are coming here with the intention to eat something or/and have a drink, good luck finding a comfortable place to sit in. There are two areas within the perch that serves food and drinks. Both of them only have stools or benches to sit on. Stools and benches are for active sitting not for relaxing with a drink. Ironically outside of these areas, there are lots of tables and comfortable chairs with back support, however you’re not allowed to take your food and drink out there. I don’t even know why they have them. The short of it is, I came, I saw, I ended up going into the Watermark hotel and having a drink on their porch sitting at a comfortable couch.

Omg, this is one of the coolest places I have been to in the DMV! Wow. Between starr hill Biergarten, the British food truck, the beach bar, the massive TV playin the euro cup, the mini golf dog park, live music, bean bag toss, this place is littttttt! You have to go! It’s a must-see place. And it’s right next to Wegmans so you can go to the perch, have some fun and then do some shopping at wegmans! I cannot wait to go back. I’ve already told all my friends they have to go!!!

The Perch in Tysons is a chill spot, especially if you catch it on a rainy day like we did. When we arrived, the place was empty, giving us the cool feeling of having this urban escape all to ourselves. But as the skies cleared, a good crowd rolled in, adding a lively vibe to the place. The rooftop food trucks are a hit – they serve up some really good grub, and the folks running them were super friendly and quick to serve. It’s a pretty laid-back place where you can grab a tasty bite, enjoy some fresh air, and just hang out. Whether you’re dodging raindrops or soaking up some sunshine, The Perch is a nice hangout spot in Tysons.
