I went for the 1st time and it was a miss for me. Peach cobbler is one of my favorite desserts, however this cobbler missed the mark. The crust absorbed a lot of juice, which gave it a nice texture, however the peaches didnt have much of a taste like im used to. No cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla flavor…nothing…just sweet

I also decided to try the snickerdoodle cookie topped with peach cobbler and the cookie tasted like a gluten free gingerbread/ginger snap cookie. I say gluten free because it was crumbly and waaaaay too sweet. It all cost over $18, which could have been a meal, however at least I can say I tried it and can continue driving by!

**UPDATE** 01.30.2026: I was heading home from Date Night, and I swear Peach Cobbler was calling my name. As I was in the area, I couldn’t leave without a visit to the Peach Cobbler Factory. Babeeeeeeeeeeee… When I tell you that walking into the building was a mesmerizing treat. I’m talking WHEW!

As soon as I opened the door, all I could smell was Butter, Sugar, Vanilla, Fresh Crust and Goodness!!!! I could just stand inside all day. LoL!!!

As this wasn’t my first time, I tried my HARDEST to pick only one flavor, and I failed. As I am fine with this failure, I decided to get a flight. My flavors of choice were;

Sweet Potato Cobbler – Ripe, buttery sweet potato chunks sit below a tender flaky pie crust, topped with sweet pecan pralines, giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor.

Cinnamon Praline Cobbler – Ripe, sweet peaches, warm cinnamon and pralines sit below a tender, flaky pie crust giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. Warmed to perfection then topped with homemade pralines.

Blackberry Cobbler – Plump, ripe blackberries sit below a tender, flaky pie crust, giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor.

And of course, the Queen… Peach Cobbler – Ripe, sweet peaches sit below a tender, flaky pie crust giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor.

I’ll be honest, even after eating all 4 (don’t judge me), I still can’t choose just one. The Sweet Potato was sweet but not too sweet and made me think of family holidays. The Cinnamon Praline attacked my taste buds and made me melt with every single bite. I tried my hardest to savor it to no avail. I devoured it. The Blackberry Cobbler is vibrant and has the robust fruity flavor of traditional cobbler, and sits well on the tongue. Lastly, the Queen Peach still reigns supreme with her traditional capture of sweet goodness and buttery warmth…. Yeah… They all go there!!!!

On a Scale of 1 to 10, PCF gets a 34. I want moreeeeeeeeeeee… I need a carb-free, calorie-free option. LoL!!!!!!

I’ll be back REAL SOON!

My sister told me about her experience at The Peach Cobbler Factory so I had to try it for myself. Getting to The Peach Cobbler Factory was super easy as it’s right on the main road.

As it was my first time, I took a moment to explore the menu. As the menu is sooooooo robust with cobblers, cookies, brownies, and cinnamon rolls, I had no idea what I wanted. After deciding to stick to the basics, I decided to get the “Flight” option. The flight offers 4 mini-sized cobblers, allowing me to try all the ones I wanted and not have to choose.
I decided to get the Blackberry, Mango Peach, Sweet Potato Pecan, and, of course, the Peach.

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WAS AMAZING!!!!!! You can not ask me to choose which was the best, as there is no such thing. Each one of them is the BEST in its own right.

The crust was perfectly baked. Soft but not crumbly, with the perfect fruit-to-crust ratio, and buttery. The fruit was tender and perfectly cooked. The flavor of the fruit dominates the dish in a way that allows you to have a savory experience with each bite. The cinnamon, nutmeg, and other seasonings add a perfect balance to the fruit and crust creation, as everything melts into itself and makes your mouth smile and soul cheer.

Then, the audacity of them to have cheesecake in a cup… You know, there was no way I could go in and not try the cheesecake. I ordered the Sweet Potato Pecan Cobbler Cheesecake, described as a rich and creamy cheesecake served in a perfectly portioned cup and topped with their sweet potato pecan cobbler. Babeeeeeeeeeeeee, when I say this is my new addiction. I will add an extra day of working out just to prepare for this treat twice a month. I am in loveeeeeeeeeee!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for The Peach Cobbler Factory

The Peach Cobbler Factory in Fairburn is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, welcoming, and truly top-tier. The staff made me feel right at home and were happy to guide me through all the amazing dessert options.

The desserts themselves were incredible—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love. There’s plenty to choose from, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The shop is also spotless and well-kept, which makes the whole experience even better.

One of the things I appreciate most is that it’s a Black-owned business right here in Fairburn. It’s always great to support local entrepreneurs who take pride in offering excellent products and service.

If you’re craving something sweet, The Peach Cobbler Factory should be your first stop!

Excellent customer service! As someone originally from Virginia, I hadn’t experienced the “Southern hospitality” Georgia often boasts about—until I ordered from this establishment. From my interactions with Saint to the owner, Reggie, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and truly willing to go the extra mile. I am extremely appreciative and look forward to bringing future business.

The atmosphere is great but the Peach Cobbler is average. The prices are high and they give you a corner of Ice-cream. This will be a one and done
