Good customer service. The employee working at the counter was super friendly and helped us place an order for four orders of churros (2 nutella, strawberry, and classic) as well as the original peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Samples were provided of original peach cobbler and caramel apple cobbler prior to ordering. Kids really enjoyed the nutella churros.

If you’re a chocolate lover, RUN — don’t walk — to the Peach Cobbler Factory in Cartersville. I ordered their chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and their chocolate chip brownie with ice cream, and I swear I heard angels singing with every bite.
The chocolate chip cookie was everything a cookie should be — warm and gooey in the center, perfectly crisp on the edges, and loaded with melty chocolate chips. Topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream? Pure bliss.
The chocolate chip brownie with ice cream was just as incredible — rich, fudgy, warm, and decadent. The way the ice cream melts into the brownie creates this perfect chocolatey swirl that you’ll never forget.
And the customer service? Outstanding. Jason, who was working when we came in, was so kind and welcoming. He even let us drink our own drink that we brought with us — that kind of hospitality is rare and made the whole experience even better.

New restaurant and friendly staff. There was no one else in there. The FOOD is disgusting! I decided on The Dessert Flight. You choose 4 cobblers which you do not see them prepare because everything was done in the back. No idea that the cobblers comes in TINY pizza sauce-sized cups. My $22.5 mistake. It does list 4oz on their menu but 4oz was not correctly visualized before purchase.
Cobbler taste: nasty. I can taste something in the cherry cobbler that throws the flavor way off. Awful!
The peach cobbler does not have that “put my foot in it” taste. Bland and some of the peaches are crunchy.
Blackberry cobbler taste nasty as well. Weird flavor like something additional added that should not be.
Sweet potato cobbler needs attention. The stringy fibers are a many.
All cobbler crusts are too thick. 2 of the 4 cups not filled to the top.
Cookies average 5.5″ – 6″
Salted caramel: Sugar cookie without the buttercream frosting does not taste like an actual sugar cookie. With the frosting, it’s too sweet.
Cherry cordial cookie has a ton of chocolate so you don’t experience the cookie bread just chocolate. If you love chocolate, you might like this.
Peanut butter praline cookie has peanut butter morsels baked in. The peanut butter cookie is an okay tasting cookie. I do love the praline topping! That’s delicious. It comes with a peanut butter drizzle on top. Looks nice but does not add to the cookie. The morsels are an unnecessary addition as well.
For any amount of money, I am very displeased. Price was $40. Three taste testers and all with the same conclusion.

Took my wife here for Mother’s Day, and definitely wasn’t disappointed! The couple running this store were amazing. They were so friendly, chatted to us as if they’d known us forever, made us feel so welcome in the store. Definitely great people. And the food sure didn’t disappoint either. Could have kept eating it was so good. The store was spotless clean, the atmosphere amazing, the food amazing, the service was above amazing! Definitely will not be the last time we visit this location, and mainly due to how well we were treated and made to feel at home!

Their cookies are amazing and so is their customer service. They accommodated a 96 cookie order with a less than 24 hour notice. When they learned it was for our Teacher’s Appreciation Week they gave us a generous discount as well. I 100% recommend stopping in for a treat if you are in that direction.

I would have given 5 but was a little disappointed with the church’s. The were delicious but looked nothing like the picture. The topping was given in a small container to dip instead of dripping all over like the picture. Other than that, they were great. Freshly made, soft and yummy. Also got a waffle with chocolate chip, very good!!

I had the blackberry peach cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream. It was delicious! I will definitely be back. There were several flavors of homemade cobblers as well as cheesecakes in a cup, shakes and more. This place has way more to offer than simply peach cobbler! What a find!
