Absolutely delicious and the customer service was top notch! The peach cobbler with the ice cream is so good!! We also had the apple cobbler with the pecans on top. They had a special today, buy a coffee and get a free cinnamon roll so I tried the cookie butter coffee which was delicious!! Over great experience, we will be back.

I wish I could give them more than five stars. Discovered them over a year ago and was blown away. The owner (and his daughter, the manager of this location) take pride in their work and in their customer service. We will gladly send you our paycheck for sweet treats for our family. They even suggested some custom orders at no additional charge for our foodie palates (second picture).! I had a mango peach as my first treat, but I’m a chubby chick, so I kinda destroyed it before the picture. On the scale of 1-10, it’s probably a thurdy eleventysecondish! And side note, for my neat freak friends, super cozy, neat and clean store!

My family likes the peach cobbler factory however service unfortunately isn’t consistent. I’ve ordered a few months ago, got home and noticed our order was incorrect. We noticed the correct number of item was in the bag but didn’t pay attention to what the items were. I will say we called upon noticing the mix up and staff were great about fixing the issue. Went back about a week or 2 later and the owner was in, he was very pleasant and had great customer service.
I went in today and while it seemed that only 1 person working I did not have a long wait. I ordered 3 strawberry cheesecakes with the strawberries on the side because we think they can contain a lot of “juice” in them that makes the cheesecake soggy. 1 of the 3 sides of strawberries had significantly less strawberries than the others, when mentioned I was told it may have been more “juice” in that scoop than the others. There was a visible difference. The young man gave me more strawberries in that cup which I appreciate. I also ordered an apple cobbler and asked for extra cobbler crust. I was charged for the additional cobbler crust however, my cobbler did not appear to have additional crust in it. When I brought this to the cashiers attention he told me that when they scoop cups daily they try to scoop some with a little more cobbler in the bowl. There was no additional cobbler crust in my bowl but I was charged extra. I’ve visited another location and was able to visibly see the additional crust. It was almost as if they added an additional layer, which if I have to pay an additional charge I’d like to notice the extra crust. Nothing was changed besides being told the normal protocol is to try to scoop extra crust on some bowls and when someone orders extra crust they try to eyeball them to find one that looks like there’s extra. The part that doesn’t sit well is that I paid extra to get the same thing that anyone could have gotten without request. For the price and drive I would appreciate more consistency.

The Peach Cobbler Factory is a good place to go to for a sweet ending. I was hesitant to try it because the most common complaints in the reviews were how long it took to get their food and that the food was too sweet. I timed the delivery time, and it took 4:43 to have our order for four people delivered. Also, it was unanimous that the food was not too sweet. We did wish the cobbler and brownies were warmer. I was also disappointed that they were out of the cinnamon buns. The food was good, the service was great, and the atmosphere is similar to the popular frozen yogurt shops. Bottom line, I would come back.

I’m currently sitting inside The Peach Cobbler Factory in Apex and I had to stop and leave this review. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly personable and welcoming. You can truly feel that this is a family-run business built on love and hospitality. His entire family was just as warm and kind.
Now let’s talk about the cobbler… absolutely amazing. Everything tastes fresh, rich, and made with intention. And the coffee? It is EVERYTHING. Smooth, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with their desserts.
If you’re anywhere near Apex, do yourself a favor and stop by. Great people. Great atmosphere. Great food. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I had to go to Academy Sports in Apex. I saw the Peach Cobbler Factory and told him we had to stop. I was only expecting my cobbler. What a surprise to see that they carry lunch and breakfast food items. We decided to have lunch. We each had the combo of pulled pork BBQ with mac N cheese, green beans, and a mini cobbler. Everything was EXCELLENT. The peach refresher and strawberry refresher were yummy too.
The owner, Davin, was friendly, and we enjoyed a good conversation about sports. He made me an amazing cinnamon roll espresso cold coffee that was a 15 out of 10!!!! What a great start to my husband’s birthday. We will definitely be back.

I am in town for work and enjoyed my first experience at the Peach Cobbler Factory.
We ordered Two combos with Mac N’ Chicken, Mac N’ Meatballs, Biscuit, Mac N’ Cheese, NY Cheesecake Banana Pudding, Strawberry Banana Pudding and Salted Caramel Praline Cheesecake.
All of the food & desserts were great! My least favorite thing was the Macaroni. That is simply because of preference. I prefer a cheesier, baked Mac & Cheese.
I will definitely return and I will send coworkers from the hospital here. Thank you! ❤️

I recently visited The Peach Cobbler Factory with my mom, and it was a delightful experience. While my mom wanted to try the peach cobbler (which came with complimentary ice cream that was on the side), I opted for the bourbon pecan banana pudding. We were both impressed with the flavors and were able to savor both desserts despite the temptation to indulge fully. The portions were generous and perfect for sharing. The restaurant itself was clean and well-lit, and the staff who assisted me was friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful purchase experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious desserts and excellent service. Can be a bit pricey but the price, experience/service and deliciousness aligned for me.

I had the BBQ with mac n cheese dinner portion with an addition side of mac n cheese. Overall the food had a really good taste but for 9.99 the portion size is ridiculous. Half a cup of bbq and half a cup of mac n cheese for 10$. So I got an additional side of mac because I knew the portion wouldn’t be big enough for me and the side of Mac didn’t even cover the bottom of the cup for an additional 2.50$ that’s not a dinner portion that’s a lunch portion or a snack. I will say the mini deserts of peach cobbler and banana pudding seemed to be fair since they were packet to the lids and they are mini’s. Personally the food is good but if I can ride up the road and get larger portions for similar prices.

The regular peach cobbler milkshake was beyond delicious, but I will say to get less whip cream. They use those huge Bobba straws so the drink goes fast or maybe Im a big-back who liked the drink a little too much ♀️. Either way it’s good and im definitely coming back for a pan of cobbler. It is around $60 for a pan but make sure you order a day to 2 hours before you need it.
