Saying the food was good doesn’t even begin to cover it! Absolutely phenomenal cobbler. We tried the peach with pecans and caramel sauce on top as well as the apple cobbler and they were both incredible! Jeremy provided EXCELLENT service and treated us kindly and with respect, despite the fact we were at a hockey game and it was crazy hectic busy with all the people around. Go check them out and bring your friends; it’s well worth it!! Bonus: got to eat it while watching hockey. You can’t ask for a better combination! Huge shoutout to Jeremy and the rest of the crew at The Peach Cobbler Factory!! Keep it up y’all!

Decent typical deserts, way over priced for the amount you receive. Service is not really good. The female who waited on me and my wife went into the back after taking our order. Took about 15 minutes to receive our order. I wanted to order more but she never came back to the front until it was time to pick up my order. Customer service definitely needs to be improved.

I was banned from the store just for using the bathroom longer than the front counter person expected, even though I was only inside for about 10 minutes. Then when I exited, I found him going out of his way just to ask me what I was doing in a PUBLIC bathroom. When I told him the obvious answer, which wasn’t his business anyway, he caught an attitude. I regretfully apologized and he forced me to leave before I could order and told me not to return.

Freezer burnt ice cream, and unclear menu. Had we known the pick four flavors didn’t come with ice cream even though the picture clearly showed it with ice cream, we would have ordered something else. Portion sizes were very small for the price, will not be going back
