food ok but dear for the quality and not happy that if you want extra sauce it’s £3 for a tiny pot that’s a joke! it should be free i told them to keep their sauce! but really nice staff especially our waitress sam who served us at breakfast very friendly and nothing was to much trouble beefeater are lucky to have her, big thank you from us Sam.

Been to this place a lot through our my life and it’s always been great! They’ve got these cute bowl for the starters now which is a possitive improvement from before and I adore them! I got the breaded mushrooms and fish and chips for my meal and it was lovely. Cooked to perfection! The waiter was very enthusiastic admitively almost too much…
Overall amazing meal! Very yummy food and the Christmas attire makes the place feel so cozy and warm at this time of year!

We had a Christmas meal. Photos of the food in the review. The food was nice but the vegetarian dish was small compared to the non-vegeterian roast. Parking is limited to 3 hours.

Really nice time here for my partners 40th birthday all the staff were welcoming and made it a really nice experience. Emily D was our host and she was fabulous very helpful and gave great service. Only downfall was the size of my partners meal he had a larger version of what myself and our daughter had yet our meals was twice the size of his, not really sure how that works we did mention itbutn unfortunately they didn’t know what to say about it. However we didn’t let that ruin our time there and we all enjoyed our food.

Recently had Friday lunch at The Pavilion Beefeater. We were given the usual warm welcome by the staff who are polite and friendly. The service we received was excellent and we really enjoyed our meals from the main menu – Ribeye Steak and Gammon Steak meals. The food was served hot, well presented and arrived in a timely manner. We were served by Emily S and well looked after as always. Many thanks.

Visited here, as next to Premier Inn we were staying in. Liz was our server, and she went way above and beyond to ensure that none of my ordered food contained rapeseed oil, to which I have an allergy. It was unfortunate that rapeseed oil figures highly on this menu, as in many places these days, and my choices were limited, but Liz went out of her way to check absolutely everything. She even ensured that my cutlery had been specially sterilised. Amazing service. Nothing for her was too much trouble. The staff were all pleasant and friendly, but Liz particularly stood out. l Well done Liz!

After a long, tiring journey being stuck in traffic on Friday night, we were hoping for a warm welcome and a decent meal. Instead, we were met with a very rude member of staff the moment we walked in.
Despite the restaurant being almost completely empty, we were told we couldn’t sit in the dining area because we hadn’t booked. We were instead ushered into the bar area with our 5-year-old.
The service didn’t improve from there:
Lack of Service: No one came to take our order, so we eventually had to go to the bar ourselves just to get food sorted. we where ignored by several waitresses who where stood around not looking particularly busy.
Excessive Wait Times: It took 45 minutes for a simple child’s ice cream and a small starter to arrive.
The level of service was incredibly poor and the atmosphere was anything but welcoming. We won’t be returning. Save your time and money and find somewhere that actually values its customers.
