We make our own soups from scratch daily and we even grind and patty our own hamburgers. The way we do things may require extra effort, but we believe you can really taste the difference! WHERE TO NEXT?
Unfortunately I have to change my review for this place. I went here a few weeks ago and order a pulled pork sandwich and fries like i have done since first coming here back in June. My sandwich had a bone the size of a dime and thick. I contacted the store and asked to speak to the manager and explained to him the situation. He told me ” sorry about what happened and for that the meal is on us I’ll refund your payment. ” The meal was only around 16 bucks. I’m like that’s the best that you can do. Not to mention what could’ve happened if I bit into the sandwich instead breaking it apart or even given it to my little girl. And to top it off I checked my account and they only refunded me for the sandwich and not the fries. Terrible service. I will never ever go back to this place again. What a way to compensate a customer after what could’ve went terribly wrong. I Don’t recommend this place at all.

Ordered pick up. Place hs gone way down hill! Food used to be superb but It is now mediocre. The actual patty melts were good. However, the ribs were cold, stringy and tough I would not order ribs from this place again as there are too many places that make good quality ribs This place is sadly not one of them anymore If you are going for the burger, you are fine Chicken was mediocre and was not cooked thoroughly We had a breast that was actually almost red in the middle Just join will be gone soon!!.

I tried calling just now but I guess they’re so busy they have no one to answer. Went through the drive-thru to grab dinner and got home to find a literal container of salt poured on my fries. And the cheap Styrofoam container the food came in melted from the heat of the food. Who still uses Styrofoam for hot food??? What a disappointment.
I don’t expect healthy food from Patio, it is after all burgers, barbeq, etc. But I don’t expect to receive a heart attack inducing amount of salt on my meal. And I guess you no longer get garlic bread with dinner because I got a piece of plain bread soaked in friend shrimp oil. We’ve been long time customers so I don’t want to make it seem like they totally suck. But this is now the third order we’ve had a quality issue with over the last six months and four orders. SMH. No one likes to spend their hard earned money on food they have to turn around and dump. Nor have to waste food when others can’t even eat.

The food here is pretty good, but nothing too special for the price. Order at the counter and they bring to food out to you – love the fast service! Fast food style, but unfortunately not fast food prices. $13 for a double hamburger and $16 for a steak sandwich, $3 for a fountain drink… nearly $40 for two people getting a quick lunch! It didn’t come with fries either but you could buy it as a side for extra.

Incredible BBQ in the burbs. Its easy to think that this is going to be generic BBQ and that’s a mistake. Another BBQ place that’s made and managed with love. Clean bright and large. Room for the whole family or just you. Prices are excellent for all that you get.

My first visit to The Patio in Lombard was fantastic. As newcomers, we were immediately impressed by the amazing hospitality. An employee greeted us warmly and kindly guided us through the ordering process, which was very helpful. The service was excellent throughout our meal, and the food was absolutely delicious. A great overall experience—we will definitely be back!
