Locally owned and operated. Jimmy is very professional & friendly. The open concept kitchen is super clean & the dining is cozy & beautiful. I admit I am a Greek / Mediterranean addict & this place did not disappoint. We started off with the platter Sampler. The grape leaves were moist and delicious, the triopetkia was crunchy & cheesy but the large slice of feta covered in spices & oil was my favorite. Do yourself a favor & order extra hummus & Taziki sauce for later, it’s great. The mousaka was some if the best but that gyro will always be an addition to my order. The Greek salad was fresh & beautiful and the tiramisu & nut roll topped our dinner off. Worth the drive from where ever you are. Oh, the Spanakopita was cooked perfectly, toasted yet soft and gooey with that distinct dill flavor that sets it apart.

Best chicken tenders in town! Food is always hot and fresh. I wish they had a bigger space as I do not like sitting so close to other people. But most love it. It is always clean! Great place to eat.

This evening I am eating the new American Salad from the Parthenon. It is a wonderful salad with fried chicken, tomato, cucumber, onions, green peppers, cheese, bacon and croutons. The dressing is a bbq ranch. This restaurant is somewhat new in our community, but seems to be doing well. Tonight we chose take out, but we have also eaten inside. The falafel is delicious. The salmon and rice was good, but just a tad dry. Highly recommend giving this Greek dining experience a shot. Also, on Wednesday they give away free baklava.

This is a wonderful little restaurant with some amazing flavors!! I’ve heard people rave about the food, especially the cheeseburger. We ordered takeout today and it was just as good as we’d heard! It’s located close to the bowling alley and KY CBD FARMACY highly recommends stopping by and enjoying the flavor of Danville Kentucky. You won’t be disappointed! Also, extremely clean! That means something to me, and it was a noticably clean and well kept establishment.

Today is the second day they were open and we couldn’t wait to try it! We ordered the Greek nachos, Greek fries, gyro, and pork souvlaki. The Greek nachos came piled high with gyro meat, vegetables, and two dipping sauces of choice (we chose tzatziki and feisty feta) 9/10 flavor town! The Greek fries were seasoned well and had feta crumbles on top! The pork souvlaki was marinated beautifully and grilled perfectly and paired perfectly with the rice 9/10 flavor town! Now the show off dish,… The gyro… STUFFED with gyro meat that tastes as if it were seasoned by the Greek gods themselves! I will now literally drive out of my way JUST for this alone! Absolute flavor beast 11/10! I absolutely recommend everyone to try and support this local business!

What a great addition to our town! Jimmy is a wonderful host! We have tried American (steak, ribs, fish, shrimp) and Greek (gyros, Greek salad, Greek meatballs, falafel, chickpea salad, baklava, moussaka). Everything is delicious! You must try the Greek wine called Retsina made in central Greece by Domaine Papagiannakos. Or the Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.

They just opened- so I’m sure they will get some things figured out and I’ll gladly re-review on my next visit. The goods- the lamb/beef gyro meat and pitas are excellent. The bads (for now, I’m sure they will fix this stuff it’s just week 1!)- the grilled chicken really wasn’t very flavorful and they made my gyro too early and had to wait on the grill so it was luke-warm. They were strangely stingy on the tzatziki sauce which is a key component of gyros. Was a little expensive- I ended up at $30 at lunch for a gyro, fries and a chicken pita with two waters. Ironically- the guy at the table next to me got the gyro platter ($13) and it looked amazingly good- lots of meat, a salad, etc. for less than I paid for half that amount of food. So I’d suggest you all go for the gyro platter for now!

Very nice small family run Greek restaurant. I have eaten there 3 times now and really love the food. Mousakka is my favorite dish. The Spanakopita is also a very good dish.

You’re in the middle of Kentucky and you’re craving a gyro? Voila . The gyros are huge and delish and the hand cut French fries they serve cannot be had anywhere within 20 miles. Be sure to chat with Jimmy and get a firsthand perspective on how much love he puts into his food.
