So let me start by saying that I was waiting outside until they opened at 8 AM. Once they open, I was greeted by the sounds of good old country music and my server Payton. Actually, I was not expecting much from this place due to the fact that it’s a ski resort restaurant. Well, I was wrong. Their menu is simple, but it has something for everyone. I chose the breakfast burrito with eggs, black beans, potatoes, green chilis, cheddar jack cheese, guacamole, and pico de gallo. I could not eat the whole thing. I rate this probably one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. If you’re in the area and want to be treated like family from the beginning to the end- this is your place. I would highly recommend. Thank you Payton for your great service. I will be back.

Great lunch. On the healthier side. Had a hazelnut chicken pesto salad that was outstanding with a glass of champagne.

The prices are high because of the location. Drink pricing is odd, the latter, coffee and milk are all $5 each? The dish portions are big but the taste is just average.

Super slow food on a Sunday morning in October. Maybe a chef was a no show for shift. Food took 45 mins, very basic two pancakes for $12 + $4 for 2 slices of bacon. Decent food but not worth the cost. Chicken and waffles were yum but very basic. The gravy was garbage and not edible, had a very weird flavor. Maybe just an off day? I’d try it again.

We stayed at the Steamboat Grand and this was my favorite place to eat in the area. We had a breakfast sandwich and burrito one day and a cheese steak sandwich a few days later. All items are filled with flavor and we enjoyed all food items we had. The coffee was very weak one day. We would’ve asked for a better coffee but we were in a rush.
Service was quick for us and workers are friendly.

The three of us just had an amazing breakfast here at the Paramount. Real, honest to goodness food cooked perfectly in an inviting environment. We definitely all appreciated real eggs being used instead of eggbeaters the way that many other restaurants will use. Very flavorful and good size portions. Friendly staff and a great menu. Will definitely be back tomorrow morning for round two.

Moldy food. We’ve been going here for years and loving it. Yesterday, we got breakfast and the cheese was distinctly moldy (blue green fuzzies) and we brought it to the attention of our server. She just replied “Okay”. Such a bummer since we have great memories here.

Absolutely amazing service. The biscuits and gravy were not the best but everyone was so nice and friendly it didn’t even matter.

Food was great, but sides not included with sandwiches. Service was very strange and had to order up front and not at table which was inconvenient. Views were spectacular and same as Slopeside Grill, but table service and extra price on sides dropped this 1 star.
