Pretty sure a majority of these reviews are fake. I got the southwest bowl and don’t think I’ve ever had food that I paid for as bad as the food here – I would have honestly eaten McDonald’s over it. The smell made me sick almost immediately, the lettuce was brown, and the dressing had the consistency of jello pudding. Took 3 bites and couldn’t do it.

The Pantry is one of those rare gems where the experience goes far beyond the food. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine smiles. The Pantry in Rumford is one of my favorite little spots. The Cuban chicken panini is unbelievable—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Every time I came in, Suzy made the place feel so welcoming, and that friendly vibe still sticks with the place today.

The day I went to picked up a salad,must have been an off day. The tomatoes were cut so poorly. the inedible stem center was served. Not a crime if I paid fast food prices. But I paid close to 8 bucks for a bunch of poorly sliced tomatoes and one slice of mozzarella cut in half and it was called a caprese salad ..

Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good. Portions were definitely small in the southwest bowl. It was mostly boring lettuce with minimal chicken. I personally wouldn’t get it again unless I was starving bc there are much better options around.
