Food order was accurate, cooked well, and tasted good. Room service was prompt and polite. I did however notice two service related charges in addition to the tip. A an automatic gratuity of $4.50 plus a $2.00 charge for… convenience perhaps?. A bit excessive.

Kaua was an excellent host for us at the Pantry restaurant at The Verve Hotel Boston Natick. He was very welcoming when we came in the door. Was available if we needed anything. All around very helpful and made breakfast a very nice relaxed experience.

First time ever coming to this coffee shop found it on google as I’m not from the area but just started working in the area. The coffee is very fresh the breakfast sand-which was light & tasty. The environment is homey and modern loved the decor and so many fresh yummy pastries that I wanted to try but will try next time. I will definitely be back. 10/10 the two lady’s at the front are also very welcoming.

I popped in here on a whim for lunch and ordered the short rib with a side of eggs. The place was completely empty and the food took a bit longer than expected to come out. Not the best short rib I’ve had but it was quite decent, I was, however, extremely disappointed with the portion size. This came to $37 ($22 + $4 eggs + $3 soda + tax + tip) and i left feeling hungry.
I don’t see how they can justify charging $22 what was at best a $15 portion of short rib. The servers were very nice.
I will likely not be eating here again.
To put things in perspective, 110 Grill in Wayland (who are notoriously over priced) have a $15 Short Rib Sandwich that has more meat and is of better quality and comes with a side of fries. I was able to get this AND an amazing seasonal salad for $22 and not leave feeling hungry.

Went there for the breakfast buffet a Sunday morning. Service is friendly, food is good.
The only thing was that in the fruit section there were two melon slices that clearly had bite marks on them, my guess is someone’s kid bit off the slices and put it back in the tray. Wish I had taken a pic of that, was a bit grossed off. There was only one waitress that takes care of everything, pouring drinks and cleaning plates. They were a bit understaffed.

This is a review for the room service from the Pantry at the Crown Plaza Verve. I ordered a wedge salad and clam chowder. The chowder was a bit cold but otherwise everything was quite good for room service. They were prompt on a Saturday night and called to follow up on the order which was a nice touch. I also had some of their food in the bar and it was also good (poke salad, beet chips were highlights). Nowadays I have pretty low expectations for hotel food–the menus tick off all of the farm to table buzz words but often the food does not live up AT ALL to the menu but The Pantry did a great job.

Servers were friendly, but the breakfast buffet was overpriced, there was hair in the butter container, and their pineapple was brown. On my previous visit, the server completely forgot to bring my drink, and I waited forever for a small bowl of fruit. At least the complimentary breakfast buffet at Hampton Inn is clean and the fruit is fresh.

The servers were very kind. You have the option to either do their buffet, which has pretty decent options, or choose form their other menu items.
