The brazing pan in West Bend burnt down. With a new name and location. Now it’s come alive again!! I went to have the Saturday special of a queen cut 14oz prime rib. It was excellent!! The staff were wonderful!! The atmosphere is comfortable. They have a large bar. Good drink specials with seasonal drinks. They have daily food specials!! And don’t forget breakfast!! Which they also have some great dishes to try!! You may have to drive a little to get there. But it’s well worth it once you try the food!! Don’t pass this place up!!

We had a terrific experience. The New Year’s Eve menu was outstanding! The beef wellington, scallops, risotto, and crab legs were awesome as were our desserts. The chocolate cherry cheesecake was my favorite.
Certainly can’t wait to return!

Really disappointed with our visit and honestly wish this was still Crave. We had some of the worst service we’ve had in a long time.
This was our third time going, and the last two times have been unbearable. After our last visit, we even told the owner about the issues we experienced, so it’s really sad to come back and see nothing has changed. There’s clearly no accountability, and it feels like there’s no strong leader to lead the staff.
When we arrived, we were told we could pick seats in the dining room, which we did. It took quite a while before our waitress came over to take a drink order. We ordered three sodas and a water, and our youngest (4 years old) was brought a large glass with no kid cup/lid—just felt like a spill waiting to happen.
We ordered naked cheese curds as an appetizer and waited nearly 20 minutes. The restaurant was almost empty, so I honestly don’t know what took so long. When they finally came out, they were barely warm and tasted like they’d been sitting for a while.
Unfortunately, the entrees were worse. My wife and I ordered sandwiches, and our kids got chicken tenders and a burger. Everything came out cold and didn’t taste fresh. My wife’s Reuben tasted like it had been made ahead of time, and my chicken sandwich was so soggy I only took two bites. The “fries” were actually quartered potatoes trying to pass as fries—too big and overly seasoned.
Overall the atmosphere felt boring and like they don’t really care about your experience or your money. We won’t be back. It’s especially sad because the previous place was consistently great—busy by 6 PM, great food, and staff that kept you coming back.

We had a party of 4 last night. My husband and I had the Jagerschnitzel with spaetzle and red cabbage. It was excellent. Great food, nice presentation and a nice portion amount. Wonderful table and bar service. Love the upholstered chairs and the decorating.

Our reservation was for 5:30, we weren’t sat until 6:20. We weren’t acknowledged for at least 20 minutes after sitting. It took 30 minutes to get a glass of water, and 1 hour to get the single glass of wine ordered. The steak was ordered medium-rare and served still blue, the lobster was so tough it was nearly inedible. I really wanted to enjoy this experience – but can say with certainty, will not be back. Whether this was a staffing issue, or poor planning this evening, I wish it was handled better.

Pan and Parlor made our New Years Eve one to remember! From the start with a very personable bartender with fantastic drinks, to the AMAZING MEAL that followed! Beef Wellington, scallops, and risotto were to die for! Crab legs done perfectly and easy to clean. Does not disappoint and glad to give them a 5⭐️

Four of us hadn’t been there before. Made reservations on line. Arrived fifteen minutes prior to our appointed time. Bartender tells us they don’t have our reservation. She tells us there will be a forty five minute wait. Thought we would wait and have some drinks. I asked her to make me a Bloody Mary. Her eyes rolled back and I asked her if it was a problem. She ignored my question. All four of us looked forward to the food. People will say they had an off night. Observed another couple come in that told the bartender it was their anniversary. Bartender snapped there would be a hour wait. Will try again. Liked the braising pan. Expected same service that they had

The Pan and Parlor in Campbellsport offers a sophisticated culinary experience. The ambiance is warm and refined, and the garlic herb chicken is wonderfully prepared. Don’t sleep on the ribeye, it was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The portions are huge and their craft cocktail list was impressive and delicious, especially the carmel apple mule. A necessary stop for elevated dining and impeccable service in the area!!

Cute place, great service.. food is particular to a specific taste. I did not like the crab cakes, very fishy or the Ruben, the taste was just off in the meat. The Bavarian Pretzel 10 out of 10
