The food is what you’d expect for the prices – amazing! Megan was great – very personable and accommodating!!! The Key Lime pie is the best key lime pie we’ve ever had. We’re considering having it a second night in a row. We got the bone in filet – 12oz rare, and 8oz center cut filet medium rare. Both cooked perfect, the sear on the rare could not have been better – Gordon Ramsay should have one and take notes. The wedge salad (1/2 of it in pic) is way too big for one person. Luckily we split it. Fries were great, and the ricotta brussel sprouts could calm Putin down enough to leave Ukraine alone. Their coffee (Palm Espresso Martini, Irish Coffee) is also some of the best we’ve had at a restaurant like this. Our only complaint is how they sat us. There were only 4 tables seated in the entire restaurant while we were eating (7-9pm on superbowl Sunday), and they sat all 4 tables right next to each other. It felt unnecessary given their capacity and plate pricing. I think we could have asked to move and Megan would have hooked us up…but it felt awkward to ask given the way/tone the hostess sat us with. All in all – would definitely come back – we’re already planning on it.

This is a classic Italian steakhouse, which if you’ve been to one before, you’ll be very familiar with the menu here. My wife and I had a good experience, and have already decided we’ll go back, despite the mediocre service we received. Kudos to the food runner, though, as he was on point!
My wife and I shared the Tuscan tomato soup, which was flavorful and had just the right level of spice to it. FYI, our server told us there was no dairy in it, but it definitely had a few rinds of Parmesan. I ordered the chicken parmesan at the recommendation of our server, and my wife ordered the 8 ounce filet. We chose sides of creamed spinach and hash browns. Yes, hash browns. I will say, they’re exactly what you’d expect from hash browns. While they were tasty, I wouldn’t say they are worth the price. The creamed spinach was slightly soupy, and very creamy, not bland like I’ve had at some places. My chicken parmesan was massive, I could only eat half. Like the hash browns, it was tasty, but nothing outstanding. My wife’s filet was cooked as requested (AKA burnt), yet still retained flavor. For dessert, we ordered the cheesecake and carrot cake. The cheesecake was a Junior’s cheesecake, so it was creamy and firm, but the carrot cake was truly superb. It was everything I could have hoped for, and also massive. We ended up taking home enough food for another meal.
Our server seemed to keep busy, but we only saw her a few times, she never checked in to see how we were doing, other than to ask if we wanted dessert, and to give us the check.
The decor is a typical steakhouse, with dark wood, dim lighting, and pictures of celebrities and other people important to the history of the restaurant plastered all over the walls.

Not only did this restaurant offer remarkable service, but the moment I stepped foot into it I was hit by a great sense of homeliness. The staff was incredible, contributing to the warm feeling I had. Very kind and humorous, amazing.They say never to order the fish at a steakhouse, however that statement was proven wrong by the branzino I ordered and greatly enjoyed. The steak does not disappoint. Overall, the greatest restaurant I’ve eaten in so far in Florida. Would recommend and come here again.

We love the palm always but this last time was the best experience yet! Linz or Lindsey was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. I will be asking for her every time! She made our experience the best we have had yet.

So we originally went to this restaurant on the first night we were staying at the hard rock. It was an amazing experience. Our server was fantastic and our food was excellent. We decided to come back the next night for a to go order because we have three young children and did not want to leave the hotel room tonight. I had my husband go up to the hotel to grab a menu. I did not think that would be an issue because they very willingly gave us a menu at the kitchen the other restaurant at this hotel. When my husband went up to the hostess sand, they refused to give him a menu. He decided he was going to bat go back and ask again because last night we had spent $500 on our meal and he thought it was completely ridiculous to refuse a customer menu to look at in their hotel room. When he went back, they refused again and even asked for a manager and the manager refused. Never has my husband ever been so disrespected in a restaurant where he was willing to spend at least a couple hundred dollars on a to go order. The staff involved in the situation should be fired. Very very disappointed.
