A bit thank you to all the staff at the Palm!

The best things about Palm are the amazing staff and the food, and both are truly exceptional. The dishes are full of flavour, beautifully made and remind me so much of India. Every bite felt comforting and familiar in the best possible way.

But what makes Palm really stand out is the staff. They are absolutely incredible. Warm, friendly and genuinely caring, they checked in with me, made sure everything was perfect and treated me with such kindness. Their hospitality makes the whole experience feel special.

Palm has become one of my favourite places. Amazing food, wonderful people and a feeling that brings me right back home.

“Excellent experience at The Palm Indian Restaurant. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was delicious, full of authentic flavour, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Aileen and John also provided helpful advice on dishes, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended.”

Been a few times and the food has always been good. This time the spiced chicken lollipop was very fatty and not tender hence the 3 stars. Service was initially ok but we had to ask for the bill 4 times before it arrived. It was then incorrect showing poppadoms and rice that we didn’t order.
Atmosphere was good. You could talk even though the restaurant was busy.
A big negative was the men’s toilets. One urinel was out of order and the other was over flowing.
Not a good look for a high quality restaurant.

What a beautiful restaurant. Food simply sublime from such a well thought out menu with fusion food and variety. The ambience is for something special, an evening out to enjoy and not rush. Final comments for the team of people. So attentive and friendly make you want to return and make long term friends.

Amazing! We were recommended this restaurant by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. From being greeted by Eileen, our waitress/hostess who was extremely professional to the superb food and ambience. We honestly don’t have one fault or bad thing to say about this restaurant. My husband, aunt and I had a fantastic evening and can highly recommend this place for a really good five star Indian meal.

Wow, this may be my favourite indian restaurant in England! The food is really delicious, so fresh and full of flavour! For example, I never had such light fluffy rice with fresh vegetables before at an indian restaurant. Thoroughly impressed. The owner and his staff were super efficient, friendly and helpful to us and seemed like all his other guests. It was a busy Friday night so best book in advance. The interior is inspired by his travels to Dubai and is so relaxing to dine in. I really couldn’t fault any aspect of our dining experience which is unusual. Will return here or go to Ghandi restaurant in Winchester which is closer to home. Highly recommended

Came here with my boyfriend for a celebratory meal. We frequent here for special occasions and every visit is always top notch service in all areas, from food, service and atmosphere. Eileen kindly made cocktails and absolutely loved that she made them to order – highly recommend ordering. Saimea always goes above and beyond, every time we visit she always has a smile on her face and is ever so friendly. Ali was also fantastic this evening, loved having a joke and a laugh. Very warm, welcoming and friendly environment. Highly Recommended!

Drive past it you won’t even know it’s their. Tucked away behind a garage looks like an office. I always find the hidden gems that don’t advertise are always the best ones.
This place is everything you want from a BIR curry house. Excellent friendly staff, ambient surroundings with views of the country side, and the food was as good as anywhere I’ve tried all over the UK.
Highly recommend also lots of parking. Can’t ask for more

Such a shame, this was once an amazing restaurant. We went on Saturday night. The mushroom rice had no mushrooms in it and was lumpy. The chicken Tika was just full of salt. Took over an hour to get the bill. Needless to say we won’t be returning.
Below average food and tasteless experience.

We visited the palm at dinner time on a Sunday afternoon with friends. We were greeted when we arrived and seated promptly and our drinks order taken whilst we awaited for our company to arrive. Service was first class from the start and maintained throughout the evening. They sell draught or bottled cobra which is perfect, all served ice cold. The food was absolutely sublime, especially the crispy squid. Would really recommend to others and we look forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommend the tiger prawns here too very fresh and good quality produce being served!
