You can choose how to customize your bars with either Chocolate (milk,white, dark) and toppings or go a more refreshing realm and dip your fruit base bars in Tajín and chamoy topped off with fresh fruit. Aside from the paletas we also offer tons of diferent snacks such as; Dubai Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Elote, Dorinachos, Fresas con crema, Meatcheladas, Fruit cups, and Agua frescas. Your tastebuds will be pleased with any option!

The staff was very friendly and helpful while ordering.
I do wish there had been more flavors of pops in stock (the case was a little low) but we made the best out of our options and had plenty of toppings to choose from!
This was a great treat and we will definitely stop by again when in town!

My son and I come here about twice a month. They always have interesting flavors and the staff is very polite and friendly. We usually have the same server every time we come here and he always remembers and welcomes us back. Prices are on par with the area and most of the time they have new flavors out.

I went to this place as my destination for a motorcycle ride thru Corrales. I’ve had Paletas before but not like this. I chose a Taro Paleta and had it dipped in white chocolate , then covered in coconut. I called the Polynesian special. The Paleta was milk based and was very delicious. The other type of Paletas are water based. Both use natural fruit for flavor and is healthier than Popsicles and ice cream. I’m glad that I tried this place out. I will check out the one near Coronado mall as it’s closer to my house.

This paletas place is well off the main road in Bernalillo. you’ll have to go through a residential neighborhood to get to it. it is absolutely well worth the trip and nearly getting lost! They not only do gourmet paletas ice cream popsicles but they will dip your treat in a wide assortment of chocolate and sundae toppings. They also do shakes and aguas frescas.
