As others have mentioned, the food is incredible. We’ve tried the pan roast, the bollaibaise, the shrimp and lobster Fri diavoalo, the cioppino, and the oysters, and ALL for great. No complaints about the food and the folks working there, but THAT wait can totally reduced with a couple folks!

Those pots have tons of idle time, often waiting for the one chef to pick the ingredients for each order (someone else should be able to do that.) Then after it is done, they wait for someone to come clean the pots.

We waited about 1.5 hrs in line, then another 30-40 mins after being seated because of the food prep.

Again, food and service is incredible, but they can probably double their revenue during peak times if they added some folks to help the already awesome folks they have now.

Btw, no one under 21 allowed to sit there.

A place you have to try at least once before you die:
The Pan Roasted Combo at Station Oyster Bar.
From the very first spoonful,
the spice wakes up your palate,
followed by layers of deep, savory, and nutty flavors.
In the end, a clean and delicate broth—
rich with protein from clams and seafood—
smoothly wraps everything up.
It’s bold yet refined, rich but never heavy,
one of those flavors that keeps coming back to you.
With only 15 seats,
waiting 3 to 4 hours is usually the norm here.
It’s not easy to find a place
where people are willing to spend hours of their trip
for just “one bowl,”
but this spot has a very clear reason.
Today, I insisted that my younger brother,
who was heading back to Korea,
had to try this dish before leaving—and it worked.
Miraculously, we waited only 30 minutes,
then another 30 minutes after ordering,
and finally got to enjoy a dish
that’s normally hard to come by.
To be honest, there was a very slight difference
compared to what I remembered from years ago,
but I’d say about 95% of that unforgettable flavor
was still there.
The longer the wait, the deeper the memory.
And this one bowl
was still a perfect final scene to our trip.

The service is wonderful! One of the server was so sweet! She noticed I have a thermos water bottle and ask if I want it refill with warm water! Besides that, the food are so good! Oyster really fresh and love to see how they cook the food! If the line is not that long, I will definitely go back to try other food in the menu! If you don’t want to wait in line, go there between 6am and 11am

What a gem a must while in Vegas!! Absolutely amazing pan roast and oysters. The lines to this place can get really really long and the wait can be several hours long, even though it may not seem like it….a little over 2 hours to get seated even though there were just 10 people ahead of us as the seats are very limited at the end of the wait you get seated at this bar-restaurant and the delicious aromas tickle your senses and you just devour the meals being served with your eyes and nose… We got a round of oysters, the pan roast combo and it was all absolutely delicious…. I would definitely recommend those dishes! They do have a variety of spice levels available if you are up for a challenge… We had a good time and I would undoubtedly say that the food was totally worth the wait! 100% recommend!

It’s located off the Strip. I ended up waiting three hours for it. I got a dozen oysters and the Bouill-Roast. I preferred the small oysters to the big ones; they were sweeter and had more flavor. The Bouill-Roast is very familiar yet so good that you just keep going for it. You can ask them for more bread or rice if you wish.

It’s CHOWDAH! Nothing brings me back to life after a long night in Vegas like The Palace Station Oyster Bar. Food is consistently amazing and the staff is A1. This 24/7 operating spot is truly God’s Gift to humanity. Shout out to chef Angel for saving my life with that incredible meal.

The culinary experience here is a celebration of refinement and balance-a sophisticated dialogue between East and West, orchestrated with remarkable precision. The menu’s highlights, from the delicately seasoned oysters to the velvety seafood soup infused with coconut, evoke the coastal kitchens of Southeast Asia while embracing a contemporary Western sensibility. Each dish reveals an expert command of flavor layering: the subtle sweetness of coconut, the saline depth of the sea, and the restrained heat of aromatic spices, all harmonizing without a single note overpowering another.
The pasta offerings are particularly intriguing
—an elegant intersection of European technique and Asian soul-while the fried and steamed rice dishes ground the experience in authenticity and comfort.
There is an evident respect for traditional ingredients, yet a willingness to reimagine them with modern finesse.
Having explored the culinary landscapes of Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, I was astonished to find this level of authenticity and craftsmanship here in Las Vegas. The chef’s ability to translate the essence of Far Eastern coastal cuisine into a cosmopolitan context is nothing short of remarkable. Each bite feels both nostalgic and novel-an eloquent expression of global gastronomy executed with passion, precision, and poetic restraint.

I’ve had the Oyster Bar on my list to try for quite some time, so on a recent Vegas trip we decided to go for it. This place lives up to the great reviews and then some and is totally worth the wait in line ( our wait was roughly 45-60 mins on a Thursday at 7ish). We met a nice couple in line who were here from Hawaii who come here every trip and for years. We knew what we wanted by the time our counter seats were ready – Cioppino (hubbies fave) and I got the Lobster/Shrimp Fra Diavolo. Truly “chef’s kiss” on both! My husband was blown away by the Cioppino and their version is now ranked “the best he has ever had”. The Cioppino is served with rice vs. pasta which you generally see at Italian restaurants. My dish was exceptional and had the right level of medium spice. The chef was fun to watch and he is a MASTER at whipping up their dishes. Heather and Steve were warm and welcoming to guests making the whole experience even better. My guess is that any time we visit Vegas now, the hubs will demand a visit here!

Pan Roasts Combo
Loaded with shrimp, crab, and lobster in a creamy, flavorful stew. Recommended by the server and definitely the highlight of the meal. Rich, comforting, and so good!

Steamed Clams
The steamer had some issues so they came out more boiled than steamed. Flavor was fine, but nothing too special this time.

Oysters on the Half Shell
Gulf oysters weren’t quite my type. A little watery and not the texture I usually enjoy.

Absolute have to eat here when I visit. The combo pan roast is the best. OG Bob has been there for over 25 yrs since I’ve been going I’m pretty sure. The gumbo is my second favorite. Long lines and can be 2 hour wait at times. Best to go off hours. They are open 24 hrs.
