Interesting – I see several other reviews stating that the customer service was lacking. I have never had a poor experience and in fact was about to tout their service as above average. Clearly, they are ganging up on serving me and leaving you guys waiting. I often have two or three staff stopping by to make sure things are good.
The food is consistently fantastic – Chicken Tikka Masala, Palak Paneer, Aloo Gobi, Garlic Naan, Mango Lassi…I could go on and on. I keep coming back because this is my #2 favorite Indian restaurant…and my favorite is in Chicago. My only complaint is the overall atmosphere. It isn’t bad, but it could be improved upon.
I say – ignore the other reviews about the poor service and take a chance. You’ll love the food if you like real Indian food.

By far the worst restaurant I have been to in Atlanta. Atlanta has over 90 Indian restaurants and we would have tried over 50% of them. Palace however would rate the worst in terms of service, ambience and overall food quality.
Out of the three visits I have made to this place, two have been extremely bad, one just about ok.
The other night when we ordered regular spice food – the food was served with packets of just red chilli powder – tasteless, over spicy and over pricey! To top it up, the waiter of the owner didnt seem to be bothered about our concern. When we raised the issue that the food was very spicy, the waiter only says “you only got what you ordered!” Talk about customer service.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Never ever book a party hall at this place. One of the worst restaurant owner I have ever seen. She is very rude and worst customer service I have experienced. They close the party hall at 10:00 pm sharp and if you don’t leave by that time then they will start turning lights off on you, won’t give you enough time to pack up. If food is very salty or mild..no point of complaining because they won’t do anything. If waiter comes and take your empty plate and you get another plate, you will get charge again for one person. If you argue with her about that then owner will threat to call your friend or any of your guest (who she might know) to pay for the bill.

The food was horrible at the best , we went out for Lunch Buffet on a Sunday afternoon 3 weeks back and it was the most horrible food that i have ever tasted. Felt like they opened some frozen packets and added oil and colour. it was too oily and paneer tikka masala and chicken tikka masala was bright red. Don’t know why adding this much oil and colour, maybe to hide something, thats what i felt. Our weekend buffet was completely messed up. Don’t bother to go there to eat indian food

Good restaurant ONLY b/c they have a nice banquet hall for events with 100+. The food was good and presentation of the food was also good.
However, the owner(Manju – known as the infamous RUDE lady) gave me so much attitude and trouble the entire process. I will never do lunch, dinner or business at this restaurant unless new management comes in. Manju needs some manners and a reminder that customers are the ones that keeps a business alive.
Needs a slap back to reality.
And I dont think she pays her waiters that well or anything b/c the waiter came up to us towards the end asking for a good tip.

One of the worst place to dine when it comes to the customer service. I have faced it multiple times. The waiters are rude, do not talk politely and will ensure to make you feel as if they are doing you a favour by taking order and serving food. They will keep the “OPEN” lights on till 11:00 PM but if you checkin they will tell you that the kitchen is closed or will ask you to give a to-go order and will then come back and tell you that kitchens are already closed. This has happened to me multiple times including today. Don’t get me wrong, food is really good here but its not only food that counts. You need to make sure your customers are comfortable also. I am never ever going to recommend this place to any of my friends now onwards.

The best Indian around, at least for the lunch buffet. Not the best service but the food is great and fresh. Three different chicken curries (drum sticks) tandori chicken, the best I’ve had anywhere, and a great selection of vegetables. The price is a bit high, $11, but well worth it.

The restaurant is good, food tastes food- but their customer service SUCKS big time. I am not saying this based on 1 visit, but I have visited them many times and have always felt that their customer service is worst of all other places. Few weeks ago, we went there for dinner- group of 5. Their timings is till 10 PM- which means that their last order will be taken at 10. We ordered our dinner at approx9.30. The guy came to our table at about 9.45 (he barely just bought what we ordered as dinner) asking for last order !! I thought that since 10 is closing time, so no big deal. We told him that we will have some tea at the end of dinner. He brought out tea at 9.55 and by 10:05 he shutoff most of the lights and straightaway asked us to leave…. I was thinking What the Hell. We are still in the middle of our food/tea, how could he straightaway ask us to leave. It’s not like we were drinking alcohol and planned to sit there the entire night. It was just 5 minutes after 10- commeon !!
He should have told us before we placed our first order that he and his owners are in a hurry and do not mind disturbing people even if they are in the middle of their meals.
As i said before- this is not my first bad experience, sometimes they forget what I ordered, sometimes they give wrong order. But this time was over th top.
Never going back there again. management and customer service sucks.

Food quality was good. But, the male person who served us was extremely rude. I never seen this in any indian restaurant. They think that they are having this restaurant in India where rudeness is accepted and uncivilized behavior is norm. I will not go to this restaurant again. I will not recommend this to anyone also.
