Went for lunch since we were in the area. It’s a nice place the staff was amazing always checking on us. Had a great experience. The inside decor was vintage with history of the town and it had a nice vibe. Definitely recommend and I will be back.

Let me start out with all the good stuff. The place is very nice and big and comfortable. The food is amazingly priced and delicious with good portions. I got the country fried steak and eggs with home fries and my girlfriend got the ribeye steak with home fries for another $5 up charge. Next time I’ll get the ribeye because it was better and they cooked it medium like she requested, Most restaurants charge $25 for that dish. My minor issues include the lack of lemon I asked for in my tea. I didn’t notice until she had walked away and she didn’t come back. After 5 minutes or more I walked around the corner and down the hallway and found another waitress and asked her to bring lemon. Immediately after the lemon my original waitress brought out breakfast. She came back to see if everything was OK, and we said it was fantastic! However, she didn’t bring a carafe of hot water to add to my now lukewarm tea then or at the beginning, but when I asked for it she brought it and now the food is pretty much gone. I love it when a waitress is a little more attentive and brings an extra carafe of hot water and lemon when I request it. Oh, and to add anotger good thing, the lemon was a wedge and not a slice, which is useless.

The food is typically very good. The servers are usually pleasant, helpful, and attentive.
The Palace usually has Daily Specials, which are a good value. They have recently started serving breakfast, and there is a breakfast buffet on Sundays.
We have tried many of their menu selections during our visits. We are rarely disappointed with any food item.
We visited The Palace twice during this weekend. All of the food was really good, and the service was very good also.
We are looking forward to our next visit!

Jackie was our server today and she was AMAZING. We had our 7 month old son with us and she was super accommodating with his eating habits. As well as overall playful with him, it was super sweet. Will definitely be back.

Though this place is nicely decorated and has a nice waitress named Emma. I have to give it a one star.
Aside from aesthetic, the food is HORRIBLE. I spent $14.99 on the breakfast buffet. There were about four items total that I could eat off it and those items were NASTY!

Tried The Palace last evening, wanted something new, seating area was semi busy, takeout was busy. Ordered a grilled roast beef sub and turkey club, roast beef came out cold (not grilled) and literally had a slice of roast beef. The turkey club was OK. Total cost was 50.00, would definitely not return. The server was pleasant and did well

My husband and I went here on New Year’s Eve. My husband ordered Steak and Shrimp and while it wasn’t bad it was the greatest either. I, however, ordered shrimp and scallops. My shrimp was under cooked and my scallops were so over cooked they tasted like I was chewing a rubber ball. They even got stuck in my teeth. Scallops should never get stuck in your teeth.
The service was extremely slow, yet very friendly. When I told my waitress about my meal she removed it from my bill.

Foods good and it’s reasonably priced. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is huge. But with that said. For them to hand make all those options unreachable. I was a little disappointed last trip. The cream of crab soup had very little crab in it.

I stopped in to The Palace on a Saturday morning to appear as a guest in The Jim Weller radio show, which does a live broadcast every week on the large, nicely landscaped outside patio area. While I was waiting to go on, I ordered a breakfast which was buttermilk pancakes with mixed berries and fruit along with a side of Applewood smoked bacon. My server was prompt and speedy despite the crowd which had gathered to enjoy watching Jim’s show. My food was on the table within 10 minutes! Great experience, and good coffee too. The outside seating area is very nice, as are the spacious indoor dining rooms.
