Well I was presently surprised about how amazing the OX was. Our server Kayla took great care of us. There were about 20 of us. And she did phenomenal. All of our bills were correct. The food was spectacular. Idk who was cooking in the kitchen but the Chef put extra love ❤️ in our food. Congratulations . We will definitely be back.

Food taste delicious, good quantity. Our server was outstanding. He had a great personality, was patient, and probably provided the quickest service we’ve ever had at each step. The atmosphere was great for meeting friends and being able to talk at a normal level.

We decided to go here after our plans on another place fell through, and I am so glad they did.
They have a small lunch/dinner menu, which usually means the food is good, and boy was it. The specialty drink menu has a few good sounding drinks. I’m not sure what my wife got, but it had blueberry redbull in it, and resembled a boozy caprisun.
I got a grande wer burrito with steak. On the menu it says chicken, but you’re allowed to choose between the two with steak costing $4 more. It was worth the upgrade. It was mildly spicy, giving it a sting that accented the taste. The flavor was fantastic, and I’m not a fan of rice or guacamole. The burrito was huge.
My wife got the fish and chips, which were amazing. She said they were the best she every had. They werent overly breaded, which meant a good size piece of fish in all three. They had a solid crunch, and the combination with tartar sauce gave a buttery and tangy flavor. The fries were good, but after the fish, it’s hard to make a comparison.
The bowl of clam chowder my wife got with her fish was fantastic. Thick, creamy, with large chunks of clam, and it was a good size. We got our entrees before I could even finish the soup, so it was fast.
We got out the door for $49 before tip, with 2 entrees and a drink. Pretty damn good for Oxford.

Nice place to grab a beer, watch a game, and grab a beer. Nice selection of draft beers. A mix of burgers and pub food along with Tex Mex.
Nice arrangements of seating for couples, solo, or groups.

Haven’t been here in a while, but ordered what we liked from prior visits. The chicken tenders were too salty to eat, as we’re the fries which were unexpectedly seasoned. The Mac and cheese was ok, but the chicken lemon rice soup contained undisclosed onions and I couldn’t eat it. The server didn’t even offer to make a substitution. We will not be back.

Delicious food and great service. Typical american food. Great ambiance. I would not recommend the side salad though or the balsamic dressing, it was straight balsamic not technically dressing.

I came here for the entertainment that they have on Thursday nights and I had a great time. All the staff was really nice and the musician they booked was very talented. They have a nice bar and they serve some bar food. For a place to be an all Michigan beer and food is place, who would want to miss this at least once? Well I tried this place and I liked it. I recommend it.

Hands down the bus restaurant in downtown Oxford! I ordered the chicken sizzler with a side of veggies… Total dish had amazing flavor! We also ordered blackened salmon which wasn’t on the menu yet we requested and they made it just as amazing! The overall atmosphere feels like a high-end restaurant with large food portions and low-end prices. If you’re new to Oxford or passing through the area definitely come check out ox Bar and grill… Service is just as great as the food!
