This was our first visit to the Overflow lounge. I had seen the advertisements on Facebook and thought the food looked good and we would give it a try. We weren’t disappointed. The fish was awesome the coleslaw was great the potato pancakes were my first time having them and they were really good. Staff was friendly and the food came out hot and fresh. Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon The Overflow on Lake Koshkonong and what a fantastic find! This place is a true hidden gem. Right away, the atmosphere was welcoming and had that perfect lakeside vibe.
The food was great, conveniently served right there at the bar, which was a nice touch. My bartender, Jaida, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and really made the experience memorable.
If you’re looking for a great spot on the lake with delicious food and top-notch service, The Overflow is definitely worth your time. I highly recommend trying to go when Jaida is working!

Love this place! Dive bar feels, good food/drink specials, friendly staff, and an outdoor patio too. In a secluded neighborhood near the water. Very chill and relaxing. I could stay here all day.

This place is a dive. The dumpsters are overflowing and fly/bee infested. If their name is referring to the dumpsters, it’s very fitting. You need to walk by them from the parking lot and they are up against the building and stink. We waited an hour for our food today. The food could have been more stars but the fish was a little over fried and my husband’s potato pancakes were so burnt. They were not busy at all. There are cobwebs everywhere and the bathroom was very dirty. The lights were not on so you couldn’t read the menu. Our waitress was not very good. I think she wanted to be only a bar tender and not a waitress. Our bill should have been just under $30 but somehow she charged an extra $10. Very short staffed. We will not be going back and making sure to tell all our friends about it too. How does it pass state inspection?

The. Breakfast buffet was awful. Not many options for $12 bucks or whatever it was .
No omelets .
Terrible service
It’s quite sad when come on $2 Tuesday and for two weeks in a row, NO Coors Light Tallboys. And For 1/2 off pizza Thursdays no Alfredo sauce for the specialty pizzas.
IF you are running these specials , you should have supplies there and not at the other bar .
This never happened before taking on another bar

Two Sundays now in a row-NO breakfast all.
And now out of Busch light . Which I heard was gone yesterday! ( Saturday Sept. 27th)

Bella, bartender, was amazing and made you feel at home. The servers were both new and had no idea how to serve tables or take orders. 2 out of 4 orders were wrong, no offer to replace or fix. We had 2 free fish fry specialty cards and the server tried to use it as buy one get one. Thankfully we had free dinners, as the food was not good. The baked fish had no seasoning or flavor. Ordered pan fried cod, got fried cod served to me instead. No flavor, no seasonings, although the breading was light and nice balance to the fish. Coleslaw was just chopped up cabbage, no dressing. Fries were the highlight of the meal, very good. One of the old fashions tasted like cream soda. Really glad I didn’t have to pay for the meal as it was not worth it. Owner or manager- didn’t introduce self, came over and dropped an F bomb and never really apologized for the poor service or meal. Just stated she had been there since 11 by herself. Manager or owner Tried to explain the difference between the fried, baked, and pan fried food. I know the difference! Tried to tell her we didn’t get what we ordered. Was a waste of time to talk to her. Upon leaving, she was at the bar doing shots and vaping. Explains the poor customer service!! Don’t bother with this dive bar if you are eating.
