So happy to have this restaurant in our small town! I went this morning to check it out and was pleasantly surprised by the space. The owners have done a really nice job with the layout of the restaurant. I got a cup of coffee, hatch green chili bagel sandwich and a smoothie. It was all tasty and very affordable! They open at 6am which alone is AMAZING! I’m often in town doing laundry super early so it’s wonderful to have a spot that I can grab a coffee and a smoothie on my way home.

My husband and I were traveling through and stopped here for dinner. So glad we did. We shared the Ultimate BLT and the Turkey Avocado Swiss. They were both delicious. My husband had the Wild Watermelon smoothie. He said it was the best smoothie he had ever had. I couldn’t decide between the strawberry and pineapple, so she combined them for me. My smoothie was delicious also. No worries if you can’t have dairy, they can use oat milk or almond milk. It may take a few minutes to get your sandwiches because they are freshly prepared. They are worth the wait and so much better than “fast” food. My meal was half gone before I remembered to take a picture. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to eat! A very pleasant surprise in such a small town. We tried sandwiches, a salad and some smoothies and everything was super delicious and really fresh. Staff was very helpful and patient helping us decide as well. Nothing to complain about!

Went here for dinner Sunday night while stopping in Monticello, definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Seemed like there were only 2 people working there, and I’m pretty sure they just opened very recently.

I adore this place. The interior is simplistic and beautiful, staff are sweethearts and the food is great. Prices are comparable to subway (little expensive) but the quality is way better. Get a coffee or a soda as well, they’ve got a ton of fun customization.

Just stopped to have lunch on our road trip! Food was fantastic and super fresh. Loved that they had low carb options for my husband since he is doing keto. Staff was also really friendly and loved that it is a family business.

Don’t come if you are in a hurry. It’s a sandwich & salad stop, so you wouldn’t think it would take a while to get your sandwich or salad…but it took almost 40 minutes for us. No special sandwiches or anything complicated from what we ordered, so I don’t quite get why it took so long. There were 5 people behind the counter.
